Yes I will be staying here again in the future. It is a great location close to shows shopping and other attractions, but far enough out that it is peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly too

The breakfast hostess was fabulous, greeting us every morning with being so cheerful and happy. The studio we stayed in was updated and clean.The resort even provided discounts for shows. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definetly come back again. Great location.Several room options and overall a quiet, tucked away property.

The room and hotel office were great. Vrbo listing, communication, and ability to find our room was

You could have listed the name of the hotel, so we could find it. The Vrbo info was too brief, and GPS took us to the entirely wrong spot! It wasn't even close. Then we were late to meet family for dinner, worried that we couldn't find out maybe didn't even have a room for the night. We had to cut our evening together short so we hopefully could find our room. Thank goodness, the hotel saw my message and gave me directions and the name of the spot. Plus your site kept telling me to use the app for better info. That was not the case. The email helped me much better. We are very disappointed in Vrbo, but like the room and service there.

Nightmare

Manager couldn’t find reservation made 6 weeks early. Room was nothing like listed, it was under construction. Room flooded floors 2 times even though we had no hot water and only a trickle of cold water. It was dirty, no ice available, and had to constant ask for towels and wash cloths. Owner was rude to staff and did nothing but complain to us about Branson industry was a joke. This is just a small story of what we tolerated the three days we were there, and I’m ready to forget that nightmare! I will NEVER go back and will be sure to warn others who may venture there. This is not the place you want to stay to relax and enjoy! Trust me!

We did not stay, we asked for a refund and left. Issues with the door locking

We checked in and was given a map of which building we were in. It was confusing. We drove around trying to find our room number and had to call the front desk twice. The key code was the same number as the room, which did not make us feel safe. We looked the room over, it was a studio condo, very small. Smaller than most hotel rooms. We decided to go get our luggage from the car. But the door would not lock. We tried and tried.... finally I turned the button on the door knob and pulled the door closed. Then we could not get it to unlock with the code. We went to the front desk and they could not find the physical key to that room. After about 45 minutes we asked for a refund andwent down the street to a holiday inn.

Good stay

Good location, good stay. The only thing I would say that's a negative is; I asked for more towels at the front desk/toilet paper and I didn't get them. I ended up getting towels/toilet paper from the housekeeper cleaning the room a couple of doors down several hours later.

Would not stay here again!

Description of property should say motel cause that is exactly what it is. Did not get a response from property manager prior to start when sent three different messages. Did not get any cleaning services during the stay had to use the same towels for three days. Dog where allowed at the property and we had a barking dog next to us the whole time and the last night the next door neighbors where up til 2 am when we had to get up early to travel 8 hours home. No rules posted anywhere about quite times. Went to check out and there was a 10 year old girl that helped me. Very unprofessional and not worth the money we paid. If it weren’t for a wedding we had to go to we probably would have left.

Branson King Resort and Suites

Our room was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The free breakfast every morning was fantastic, especially the homemade biscuits and gravy!
