Ubicada en una hermosa calle arbolada, nuestra moderna y feliz casa tiene una piscina privada climatizada en el suelo, con canchas de tenis y baloncesto en la calle st.

Disfruta de la serenidad del vecindario tomando un café o tu vino favorito en nuestro patio privado. ¡También puede darse un chapuzón en la piscina climatizada enterrada y tomar el sol! Desenchufe y recargue ...

Esta casa de 3 dormitorios + 2 baños, 2000 pies cuadrados, con división lateral puede acomodar hasta 10 personas. En la planta baja, la sala de recreación familiar tiene un sofá cama.

Funcional oficina, Wi-Fi, 2 televisores inteligentes de 50 "4K que puede reproducir Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora inteligente Samsung.

La piscina abrirá a mediados de abril si el clima lo permite.

Nuestra feliz casa está ubicada en una excelente ubicación. ¡Hay tanto que hacer en Niagra On The Lake! When we arrived, one of the showers had a leak and the door did not lock, we then only had one shower for 4 people, the coffee machines were not working, however, the host did send out a plumber to try to rectify the leak issue and they did provide us with a working coffee machine the same day and also provided us with a discount for our inconvenience..

Hello Gillian, Thank you for your review. Again, we apologize for the ill-timed maintenance the shower required. It is unfortunate it happened during your stay. I appreciate you mentioning our rapid response to the coffee maker, however, upon investigation we we found the machine to be working perfectly. Unfortunately this sounds like it may have been user error. With respect to the lock, that was never mentioned during your stay and also upon inspection is working as intended. We're glad you accepted our compensation for the shower inconvenience, and are happy you were able to enjoy your stay. Shawn

We had a great stay at Happy House, which was tastefully decorated, spacious and extremely clean. We would love to return again to take advantage of the large backyard and pool.

My girlfriends and I came for a mini reunion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happy House! It’s in a great location and is a beautiful, well-maintained property with plenty of space for our entire group. We would happily come back!

Great location and beautiful house!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of places for everyone to go if they needed space. Our favorite part was the backyard with plenty of seating and areas to relax or play a game together.

Wonderful week in Niagara

It sure is a Happy House! We really enjoyed our week in NOTL with my dog. The pergola in the backyard was a perfect spot to eat, read and relax despite the very hot weather. My dog loved racing around the backyard and the house was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Another wonderful week

My family and I, along with my dog, spent another wonderful week at Happy House. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing week and was very convenient to shopping, wineries and the lake. We absolutely loved the backyard. The pergola and pool were perfect for the hot summer days. We will definitely be back.

Friends Getaway

We stayed at the happy house for a girls weekend, we had the best time!. The property is beautiful, the house is clean with so many amenities and housed all of us comfortably. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck with tons of space and seating. The house is close to all the NOTL has to offer. The owners were so kind, gave us great recommendations and were so communicative to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much!

Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood

After a long day of travel, we welcomed the sight of the house with lights and heat on, ready for us. The house was sparkling clean, and the four beds (king, queen, 2 twins) in three bedrooms were all comfortable as was the double chaise lounge couch in the living room. The house is very close to the Niagra-On-The-Lakes downtown where we frequented a local coffee shop and various restaurants and shops. Niagra Falls is also within an easy drive.

Lovely Getaway to Niagara on the Lake

The Happy House certainly lives up to its name! We spent a long weekend with our daughters and enjoyed every minute. From the beautiful decor to the comfortable furnishings to the breathtaking backyard space, Happy House was just perfect. The neighborhood was amazing - perfect for walks with our dog. The proximity to Old Town was also great - just the right distance for a day trip or dinner. We especially loved sitting in the beautiful and peaceful backyard space sipping on local wine! An amazing trip all around! Thank you!

Henley Happenings

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were great and the home was just as listed. We loved relaxing by the pool and sitting outside at the table under the pergola. Plenty of room inside for our full house and we had everything we needed to eat in and relax at "home." Easy to enjoy everything in the area as well. We could quickly get to downtown NOTL and the Candian Henley rowing course in St. Catherines. THANK YOU!

Would stay again

Clean home with plenty of space. Outdoor area would be very nice in the summer. There is no master ensuite or for that matter any ensuite. All three bedrooms are in a row up a short flight of stairs with full bath at the end of the hall and the other full bath is downstairs. It worked fine for us. We were a party of six with my husband and myself, and our three adult kids and a daughter in law. We travel as a group often and this was fine but it may not work for everyone. House has a very nice kitchen . Very quiet location but easily accessible to downtown.

Weekend get away

Could not be more happy with our stay at the happy house. We were able to check in early then expected which was great. Upon our arrival there was a lovey welcome note with some treats which was unexpected but much appreciated. The home was beautiful as listed, very clean and comfortable. The backyard is a little oasis in itself however the pool is not heated an a little chilly but very refreshing during the hot summer days. Location was very central and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and boutiques. The homeowners provided a booklet with all necessary information to easy our stay and included location and style of near by restaurants which was great! We ended up taking one of their recommendations for dinner and it surely did not diss appoint. Last the home owners were quick to reply to any questions and assure to provide contact during our stay! Would highly recommend choosing this home during your stay in the area.
