Amazing communication and such a welcoming host. The apartment is fantastic - even better than it looks in the photos, very spacious and just a lovely place to stay. Close to everything but feels like a quiet retreat.

The most kind and thoughtful host. We visited at Christmas and the host went above and beyond, decorating the apartment and leaving some chocolates for the kids. Apartment was well equipped, well located, clean and comfortable. Great local beach and shops too.

Excellent location near the beach, restaurants and local shops. Also just across from local bus stop if going in to the city or further up the northern beaches. Apartment itself was superb, all facilities you would expect, quiet location. Extra touches leaving bread, milk etc was really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and apartment

Apartment was perfectly located close to the shops, cafes and beach in Newport. The place was also very spacious, comfortable and stayed cool in the warm weather. Perfect for our group, wouldn’t definitely book again.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location for the beach and shops. There are plenty of eateries within 5 mins walk. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need from towels for the beach to a nice welcome pack with all the essentials you need. I researched plenty of places before booking this apartment and can comfortably say it was as good as you would ever need for a stay in Sydney.

Relaxing few days

I took my Adult Daughters and my 11 year old to visit Newport , We stayed in the unit for three nights . The location was fantastic right across the road from the beach and walking distance to restaurant's it was very quiet and private . The unit is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great beach holiday . We will definitely be back . Thanks for having us 😊 .

Excellent Stay

Location was perfect near shops, beaches and transport. The unit was very comfortable providing a supply of toiletries and food. High quality kitchen utensils; comfortable beds and chairs; and plenty of space (there were 5 of us). Avona met us at the unit to go through the layout of the building and other useful information. On request, I was also provided with beach towels. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachside Beauty

Really fabulous property. Loved staying at this one, and I think the best we've stayed at anywhere! The apartment is clean, well maintained, beautifully presented and had a great feel about it. Location was close to the local amenities. Hosts Avona & Richard were fantastic to deal with and super accommodating. Amazing that they provided us with some basics upon arrival and a nicely stocked pantry. Thank you for hosting us. We would stay again anytime.

Unexpected delights

The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is beautifully presented , with impeccable hospitality, amenities and high quality fit out. In addition there is good undercover parking, excellent access to supermarkets and coffee shops and other interesting stores and food suppliers. Our family adored the beach only meters away and the excellent park nd playgrounds for the little one. Yet it was very quiet . Each room looks on to a garden and there is ample light. Our host kindly provided treats like fresh bread, milk honey, peanut butter and cooking oils which were welcome but unexpected delights. The apartment was spacious and the furniture bed ni e. We all slept well. A superb place to enjoy Easter.

Perfect Place to Stay

Perfect place in a perfect location (so close to the beach and shops), and Avona (the property manager) was great to deal with. I recommend this to anyone requiring 3 bedrooms. The added bonus was the well stocked pantry, all the cooking and crockery you would ever need, even milk in the fridge! I gave it 5 stars in all areas.
