- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age of primary renter:
- A passport/ID number & a permanent address should be provided at booking as per building regulations, in order to confirm the check-in date.
- Blueground may enter, inspect or show the apartment to a potential tenant any day of the week from 9 am - 6 pm with an email at least one day prior.
- All occupants that plan to reside in the apartment may be subject to both a criminal and background check at any time.
