About this property

Splendid chalet for 8 people at Lac Saint-Point

Our Chalet is located in Saint Point Lac, in the Haut Doubs (altitude of 980 m). It is located in the heights of the village, has a small view of Lake Saint Point (which is about 300m away) and the pastures. It is 15 minutes from the alpine ski resort of Métabief (+ snowshoe and cross-country ski trails), a few minutes from the beach of Saint Point lac and des Grangettes (beach, sailing club, kayak), Malbuisson ( swimming pool, sailing club). The path around the lake is very close as well as the cross-country ski trails. It is located in a very quiet small subdivision. It was refurbished in 2010. The total surface is 156 m2, you will find there:
- 1 bedroom with a large 160 bed
- 1 bedroom with a large 140 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds: children's bedroom only
In total: maximum 6 adults
 
- 2 bathrooms and two toilets (one of which is separate),
- a large living room of 70 m2 with an open fitted kitchen, a large table 5m long, a sitting area with flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player,
- a 30 m2 terrace with a clear view
- and a plot of 10a.
The chalet is located in a quiet, residential location, noisy evenings are prohibited in the chalet in order to preserve the calm of the neighborhood

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Le chalet est bien équipé, les lits sont très confortables et le nécessaire est là pour cuisiner. De plus, nous sommes au calme, mais quand même à proximité du lac, ce qui nous a permis d'y aller à pied. L'arrivée et le départ se font très facilement grâce à la boîte à clés. La communication se faisait très facilement par message.C'était super, nous recommandons.

Une semaine en famille en aout

Une très belle semaine en famille. La maison est lumineuse et spacieuse, très appréciable en temps de pluie, l’environnement est top (lac à 5 minutes à pied, belles promenades aux alentours, visites sympas comme la cave du fort st Antoine et une Piscine très sympa quand il pleut trop ! La maison a du caractère et des ustensiles dignes de ce nom pour cuisiner ! Literie impeccable. Bref nous avons passé une très chouette semaine dans 1 Paysage préservé et apaisant.

Raisons du mécontentement de la location

Chalet bien situé dans une région ou les activités nombreuses et diversifiées sont possibles . Cependant le chalet manque d'entretien, des travaux de mise en état sont nécessaires ainsi qu'un investissement sur le matériel de cuisine et d'entretien, nous en avons stipulés les points par écrits à la propriétaire. Cela reste un chalet plein d'atouts, il suffit d'en apporter les travaux. adéquats.

Manque de sérieux, d'entretien et de propreté...

Superbe région que nous connaissions déjà ! Chalet calme à distance de Métabief. Quelques bémols : la propriétaire a voulu nous supprimer 2 des 7 nuitées réservées au motif que deux personnes s'occupaient des locations, l'une sur papier et l'autre sur Abritel... Fatalement, il y a eu double réservation ! Avons payé 120€ de nettoyage, mais en arrivant : frigo, four et plaque de cuissons étaient sales... et frigo (trop petit) éteint... L'évacuation d'évier qui se bouche sans arrêt, et des glouglous quand le lave-vaisselle fonctionne. Pas d'internet, et la 3G (ou 2G !) qui se déconnecte toutes les 4 minutes...Une liste d'obligations en partant, plus longue que le bras ! Table extérieure en apoplexie...Bref une location beaucoup trop chère pour ce qu'elle est en réalité. Abritel devrait y refaire une inspection !

Un séjour fantastique pour nos amis allemands qui ne connaissaient pas cette région. Nous étions 7 personnes retraitées et avions beaucoup appréciés l'espace dans la maison et la vue sur le massif et le lac. Lieu très calme avec les clarines des vaches pour agrémenter tout cela. Gîte que je conseillerai volontiers.

Jura l'hiver

Nous voulions découvrir le jura l'hiver et la basse montagne pour changer des stations d'altitude. Malgré l'absence totale de neige, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. De splendides paysages, des visites de fruitière, source bleue, gorges en Suisse, forêt. On a découvert la flore mais aussi la faune : chamois, traces de lynx, loup...Chalet très pratique car spacieux, au calme et bien aménagé. .Accueil super sympa de tous. A refaire donc en espérant de la neige cette fois.

Très bonne semaine

Nous avons eu une très bonne semaine, la météo était avec nous. Beaucoup de vistes aux alentour. En ce qui concerne la location, cela correspondait à la description mais le fait que le lave-vaisselle était en panne n'est pas acceptable dans cette fourchette de prix. Petite suggestion, un extincteur dans le chalet ne serait pas du luxe. Encore merci.

Magnifique chalet très bien équipé
