Stay at Do Drop Inn

This house had many great qualities and features, including location near some of the best local places (Zion, Red Cliffs Reserve, Quail Creek St. Park). It was roomy and the kitchen was quite well equipped. Most of us loved both the nearby community pool and the hot tub (others didn’t use). Several things could be improved: all of the beds except the queen size bunk beds all need new mattresses, or at least the ones there need to be turned, as they were all pretty soft, or soft and lumpy. The main LR furniture, a huge sectional, was also past its prime (way too soft) although the upholstery was clean and unmarked. The 2 arm chairs were attractive but uncomfortable. Finally, with so many adult (5-7), we would have preferred a table with benches and 2 chairs. So other than the furniture shortcomings, this is a great place for a lot of people.

Great location

This was a great location less than 10 miles away from busy St George, It has a Hot Tub which was a plus, Clean, easy entry instructions, comfortable beds and plenty of room for a large family.

Nice place for a family

Nice, comfortable home with everything we needed or wanted within 15 min or less. Comfortable rooms with lots of bedding.

Overall a beautiful home.

The home is beautiful and in a nice location. There were very minor things that we questioned but in the grand scheme of things we weren’t bothered much. It’s in a nice central area and is very spacious. A solid house for vacationing in Utah. We personally loved it for its closeness to Zion national park.

The Hot Stop

Very nice home. Very comfortable, good community and comunication , pet friendly. Great location. Our only complaint was the garbage was full and we had no place to put our garbage until the day before we left 😊

Conveinent home near hiking and parks with hottub

We stayed for a week with our dogs. The location was great. Convienent to state and national parks, as well as walkable to several local parks. Host was quick to respond to text and let us extend our stay easily. Heather and Bryan

Utv offroad sand hollow

The house was great and lots of extra rooms. Some houses say they will sleep a lot of people but are somewhat disappointing in room size or bed choice but not this one! It has room for a lot of people to stay and have their own space! We had 3 utv trailers with us and there is trailer parking just below the house. Never had an issue parking! We do wish the back yard was fenced on the sides so we could let the dogs out without having to be right there with them! We will rent again!

Great location

Great location clean, it did lack paper towels toilet paper and trash bags , probably locked in the cleaners closet. We did not call for extra supplies . Toaster and blender were broken and they replaced both same day which was nice. Very roomy

St. George Marathon Vacation

This is a very nice property, well maintained and appointed. I had a couple of questions that were immediately addressed. Would definitely recommend this home. The private Hot Tub was a real plus.

Great Place and Location

We stayed for your annual girls trip and had a great time. Loved having the Hot Tub and was a pretty quiet neighborhood. The pool wasn't very busy. We were also close to shopping and other St George area activities.

Amazing house in the perfect location!!!

This house is an absolute gem in the perfect location if you want to explore Southern Utah. The house itself is very cozy and spacious and has everything you need. This house is great for multiple families and the hot tub was an added bonus for all the outdoor activities that our family did on this trip. We explored Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and Zion, which weren’t far drives from this house. There are also numerous smaller trails very close to the house that you can enjoy. My only regret is not bringing my mountain bike or road bike because this place is like heaven for a cyclist with the beautiful scenery all around! The neighborhood this house is located at is very quiet and it has a great community pool and park for the kiddos. We will definitely be back.

Great location!

Clean well appointed home in Washington. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access. Look forward to staying here again.

Amazing home and perfect area. Host was awesome to work with and we very much appreciated the flexibility and support for our trip! The house was immense, much bigger than even the pictures portrayed and super clean! Beds were awesome, streaming services available in every room (except the pig room, but we brought an extra with us so it was no issue). Fantastic neighborhood and the location was great for everything we wanted to do and more - Zion, Snow Canyon, Grand Canyon, Quail Creek, etc. Would plan a future vacation around this property and host’s availability, no question! If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would.
