There are 2 large master suites. Each has a king sized bed, with attached master suite bathrooms. Both masters have huge walk in closets along with large TV's. The back master has a balcony that you can sip your coffee and enjoy the view of the lagoon in the morning. The front master has a view of the ocean. The third bedroom has twin beds with a small TV for gaming, along with a fold-able cot, so 3 can sleep in this room. Right outside the third bedroom is another full bath. There is also tons of storage in the unit.

This Hilton Head gem will allow you to enjoy lawn golf, nine tennis courts, and a shared large pool and hot tub. With the beach just a short walk away you will have hours of fun. There are beach carts, wagons, chairs and sand toys available for your use. There is a full basketball court, pickle-ball court, a lagoon great for fishing, cornhole, a play ground, fitness center, and an incredible grilling area where you can cook up your fresh catch!!! The firepit is great for smores at night!

This first floor condo has an open and updated kitchen that features cookware, modern appliances, and a large dining table that can seat 8. The living area has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, wireless internet, ample seating, and a great view of the ocean. You then can head out on your balcony where you can sit and listen to the waves, or store all your sand dollars you catch at the beach! You walk directly from your porch to the beach within a minute. There is also a place to wash off just steps from this condo once you come in from a long day soaking up the sun and waves.

This condo is centrally located on the Island close to incredible restaurants, bars, shops, some of the top golf courses in the US, grocery stores, boating, and much, much more!

This incredible Seawatch at The Island Club Condo makes for a fantastic getaway where you will make memories for a lifetime!!! This is a non-smoking condo (even on the patio) and no pets are allowed. Children are always welcome!

Must be at least 25 years old to rent. The Island Club has a 24 hour gated security (parking pass required). Parking Notes: Parking is unassigned and parking passes are required. Gated entrance. No street parking.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
