Island inspired décor to give you all the feels of Hawaii. This 1400 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the most desired resort on the Big Island, Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa. Situated in the coconut grove amongst the relaxing tropical garden, 3 outdoor grills, hammocks to lie under the palm trees and a short walk to the pool, you will find yourself midst of paradise. Surrounded by lush landscaping, breathtaking ocean front multi-tier pool, bar, restaurant and a well thought out condo will make for a seamless vacation to one of the most sacred islands of the Pacific.

The unit will make you feel at home with a comfortable living room area, flat screen tv and wifi. Dining room area is set for 6 and a countertop for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The lanai features a table for 4 and comfy chairs to sit back and relax amongst the extravagant scenery.

The master bedroom has a California king size bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The en-suite master bathroom has a stand up glass enclosed shower, separate lavish bathtub and dual vanity.
First guest bedrooms has 2 twin beds, that can be converted into a king by request, flat screen TV and DVD player. Third bedroom features a queen bed and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo which is located right outside of both guest quarters.

The condo is equipped with all your beach needs including, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler and towels.

Hali’i Kai has a resort fee of $25/ day per unit, that is not included in the listing price. They are a separate entity but you get to enjoy the perks of the ocean front pool, restaurant and workout hale, you also have access to the basketball and tennis courts and will receive a parking pass.

Lovely, comfortable, spacious place with a good kitchen, and good beach/snorkel/boogie board/tennis/pickleball supplies. The community pool / restaurant/ bar is great, and there’s a nice tennis court. We will be back! The checkout instructions asked not only to start the dishwasher and towels in the clothes washer, which is fine, and carry the trash to the community dumpster a block away (ok), AND strip the beds (a bit much) - all told, the checkout process added up on top of our personal packing up was a bit much, and was the only less than positive part of our stay.

Aloha paradise

Hali i Kai is the best location in Waikola Beach Resort. Close to the waterfront pool and cafe, plus watching the whales breach and the magnificent sun sets. Great location to go site seeing on the island. We all had a great time and hope to come back real soon.

Perfect stay for a family

Rental exceeded our expectations! Well stocked with basics plus lots of extras like sand toys and snorkels. Garden off the lanai was fun for kids to run around with other children staying at the complex. Pool and restaurant were super convenient and beautifully located. Big thanks to the owner and property manager!

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

First class property with access to an amazing pool that has a gorgeous view of the ocean! Full kitchen. Our family of five was very comfortable here. Allyson is a wonderful property manager with lots of good info! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our parents and kids during Christmas break. This is a great property close to many activities for a wide range of family members from teen to 80 y/o parents! Importantly, Allyson is amazing host! Our communication is vey easy to resolve my misunderstanding. We’ll definitely stay again in future if the property is available.

Too good to share

This condo was fantastic. After staying at the Hilton next door for years, this was the most relaxing Hawaii vacation ever. Great for small and older children and well equipped with everything you need. The gated community was meticulously maintained. Highly recommended.

Exceptional property and management

We cannot express how fantastic the condo and the resort is. Thank you to the property owner for allowing us this opportunity to enjoy the residence and the property manager Ms. Allyson was the best is helping us throughout the 10 days. The unit was prefect for our family vacation and extremely enjoyed all of the amenities were great.

Great time on the Big Island

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was exactly as described. We chose this location because we love the Waikoloa area and it was the only townhouse/condo community with an oceanfront pool and gym which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the on site bar/restaurant that was reasonably priced (for Hawaii). Many fantastic sunsets. Allyson (property manager) was terrific, very responsive and helpful.

Everything was at a minimum “as advertised”. Our favorite place we have stayed - easily.

Property manager was extremely responsive, helpful, professional, kind. The pool/cabana/restaurant staff made the stay so enjoyable. The grounds and pool were paradise.

Lovely stay.

We had a fabulous time at the Hal’i Kai. We’ve stayed in Waikoloa numerous time and this condo was definitely one of our favorites. The grounds were stunning and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Everything you could want. Immaculate property. Great location for the best Kona beaches, grocery store and restuarants within 3 blocks. Its all here at Hali'I Kai. And the best is the Maanger Ally, she can make the rain stop if you ask. Thank you
