NEWLY REMODELED FOR 2024-25! Incredible Bayside sunset views in this 4 person 1 bedroom 1 bath beautifully decorated unit at the Coconut Malorie Resort. Great in the off season! If you're coming into OC for a birthday or bachelorette party, it’s central to most everything.

This fun and well-appointed condo features:

- Private bedroom with queen bed, 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Bose stereo, and large closet with iron and ironing board

- Newly remodeled kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer; microwave oven, toaster, blender, two burner stainless steel stove, and cabinets full of everything you need to serve family and friends.

- four beach chairs, beach umbrella, and Yeti tumblers for your personal use during your stay

- large tile bathroom with shower and jetted spa tub, rainfall shower head, hair dryer, and large vanity mirror and makeup mirror

- living/dining room with queen sleep sofa, 65 inch smartTV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime, HBOMax and more, coffee bar with full size Keurig, board games, puzzles, 3rd floor balcony with sweeping views of the Isle of Wight Bay, Fager’s Island, & more!

Amazing views and comforts of home

The check-in process was so easy, the condo was so nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you could need and more, and the views were amazing.

Balcony overlooks the Bay, close to multiple restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Great amenities everything you need for the beach provided.

We loved our stay! Condo was clean and beds were very comfy! Had everything we needed and then some. Loved to be able to walk to sea rats, mackys and fagers! Super close walk to the beach as well.

Perfect location & owner is awesome

Located near most attractions off boardwalk. Unit was perfect size for me and my wife while we stayed a long weekend. Any time I needed assistance, the owner was quick to message back and assist.

No kids getaway

We had a wonderful short stay! It was perfect for a quick child free getaway. Staying within walking distance to Fager’s Island was amazing! We loved the sunsets and live music every night. The condo was perfect for us! Thank you so much!

VERY COMFORTABLE AND AWESOME VIEWS

Overall this condo was better than expected. It was very welcoming and the beds were super comfy. We really appreciated the little "if you forgot" drawer. The views were amazing, it had everything we needed and Chad was super to work with.

Fantastic

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. We knew from the moment we walked in we chose the right place. We loved the local OCMD decor, the comfy furnishings and the amazing bay views. Combine that with being a short walk to the beach or local night life and a host that communicated with us the whole time, made for a fantastic stay.

Perfect location, comfortable and thought of everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay - the location is perfect. Beautiful sunsets as advertised, and a short 2-block walk to the beach. Also located among many restaurants and stores, as well as a short drive to the Boardwalk. The owners thought of absolutely everything for the condo! Perfectly decorated and comfortable, it was stocked with all the necessities one would have at home, as well as those things you probably wouldn't have thought off (a great coffee bar, extra blankets and pillows, fans, beach gear, etc.). We loved our stay, and certainly would recommend it to others!

Wonderful visit to OC

I had a great time visiting OC. The condo was perfect for my solo trip to see OC again. I had lived there for a few years and hadn't been back in 20 years. The staff at the front desk were great. You can get to Fagers Island by just walking across a bridge right outside of the building, you will want to have their prime rib. The walk to the beach wasn't far at all either.

Nice and cozy studio with bay view

We enjoyed out stay. The place was good for us. The owner was attentive and responsive. The only negative was that days earlier of our arrival, the building had some flood damage and there was work being done on the building. Nonetheless, it was worth it and I'll book it again.

Definitely worth your while 😊

We loved our short stay at Chad’s place! We went for a short stint (4 days) during my son’s Spring Break. The three of us were very comfortable and cozy. My son slept on the pull out couch in the living room, while my husband and I enjoyed the absolutely charming bedroom. The condo was impeccably clean. I mean super clean! The condo has been remodeled and is just lovely. The bay view and sunset are incredible and memorable.... PLUS we were in walking distance of some great restaurants (Chad was kind enough to recommend a few places for us when I chatted with him). There were some noisy guests next door, which I let Chad know about, and Chad promptly alerted the manager of the complex and the issue was immediately resolved. My son really enjoyed the two game rooms at the complex, while my husband enjoyed the gym on the rooftop floor which had an incredible bay view. Personally I loved the jacuzzi bathtub in the condo. The only downside was that the internet was spotty so we could not enjoy Disney+ and the other many apps on the two TVs in the unit. Not Chad’s fault. The complex was undergoing a change with their internet provider. I loved the condo so much that I plan to go back by myself for a mommy weekend getaway 💜 Absolutely would recommend Chad’s lovely condo!!!

Beautiful property and view!!! Helpful listing of all local walkable restaurants/bars. Huge TV in bedroom and living room. Even has fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs if needed :)
