We are one of the best location homes from an incredible resort style neighborhood pool (largest in Crystal Beach area) which features a zero-entry, waterfall, hot tub, tiki hut bar, and lushly landscaped area. Stroll to the beach in 9 - 10minute walk (2.5 blocks, 0.3 mi). Centrally located between Destin Commons & beach.

Our home has always had the highest standard of cleaning. Our cleaning crew ensures our house is completely sanitary for each new check-in. Every surface is wiped down and cleaned and sanitized. Our linens are washed and rotated between every single stay, and changed out completely on a yearly basis.

This is a beautifully furnished and updated 3-story, large square footage house (2740sq ft) listed in the Villages of Crystal beach gated community with two access points in and out.

You are a two block walk (518 yards) from the beach and are only steps away to all the amenities of the community including an unbeatable lagoon style resort pool area, hot tub, grill and tiki hut bar.

Destin Commons shopping center and Whole Foods are a short walk from the house.

We love our home and are excited for you to stay and fill it with joy, laughter, and memories!

This is our home we live in throughout the year, so we make sure everything is perfect and comfortable, and clean.

We offer a home that is also a residence not just a rental property, we want you to feel 100% comfortable as if you are home, (but a little closer to the beach :) We have amazing comfortable beds in every room, we supply EO (essentials oils) non-sulfate bath gel, shampoo and conditioner.

We rent on two platforms, VRBO and of course the other Air one. Reviews are on each site.

Our home is one of the largest renting three stories with 3 covered porches in Villages of Crystal Beach. Our home is in the best location in Destin. We sleep 16, we have 10 beds, 8 Smart TVs, and every amenity- There is also a private outdoor grill.

LIVING ROOM #1/DINING/KITCHEN: The living room features a 55" Smart HD TV. Comfortable couches, board games are also available for guests to use. Our kitchen features only the top of the line appliances including a Keurig dual 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, low-decibel dishwashing machine, stainless steel refrigerator. Sit around island with 5 bar-stools.

BEDROOM #1: “DRIFT-AWAY” On the first floor, you have a large master bedroom with a plush king size bed, full bath walk in-tile glass shower, jetted soaking tub, walk-in closet, and Smart HD TV

For families with children, we have a pack 'n play.

BEDROOM#2: “FLAMINGO ROOM”On the second floor, we have one bedroom with a large king size bed. Includes Smart TV and walk-in closet.

BEDROOM#3: “LIL’ SAILORS” The second bedroom on the second floor, can sleep four with a full size bunk, a twin top and twin pull-out trundle. Smart TV and large closet along with kids desk and a tee-pee!

LIVING ROOM #2: The second floor has a large living room with comfortable large sectional wrap around couch, a coffee bar, microwave and 55' Smart HD TV, and access to the second floor balcony, with Adirondack chairs.

BEDROOM #4: “WHALE’S TALE” The first bedroom on the third floor has a queen bed with access to a full bath. Includes Smart HD TV-door to 3rd floor deck overseeing the pool.

BEDROOM #5: UNDER THE SEA The second bedroom has a bunk-bed full size bottom and twin top, along with a slide out twin trundle. Includes a Smart HD TV and a closet.

BEDROOM #6: “TURTLES CROSSING “ The third bedroom on the third floor has a 14inch gel memory foam queen bed. Includes a Smart HD TV. Door to the 3rd floor deck overseeing the pool.

All bedrooms have a Smart TV. We provide the fastest internet plan available and have internet boosters throughout the home.

Please note that our HOA allows a maximum of 3 cars parked in the driveway.

The beach and pool are the best entertainment, but in case it rains, we have game libraries to provide endless entertainment!
