Great week at the Cape

Really enjoyed our rental and location to Campground Beach. New kitchen and appliances, outdoor living spaces we could use. Wonderful location for family time.

Terrific rental

The location of this property is terrific, especially for families with younger children who will want to be primarily at the bay. The ability to walk across the street to enjoy the small beach there allows frequent back-and-forth trips during the day. The house is bright and beach-themed (without ever being kitschy--perfect!), and there were so many touches to make it easy for renters to feel comfortable. And the outside shower was a definite plus, as was access to a washer/dryer.

Perfect location.

My wife and I stayed here with our three kids, our au pair, and my inlaws. This was a perfet location for us because campground beach is our favorite beach. The hoise was nice with very good central air and a good kitchen, but a little small. The rooms were nice sized so our family was very comfortable. The grill is ov very good quality if you like to cook outside. The outside seating is also great for a large family. The only minor negative things are it is lacking a good amount of indoor dining seats and even though the rules of the house specify that you are to keep the grill clean it is lacking the tools to do so. We would definitely stay again!

Great week with Family

Traveled with 2 young children and 6 adults. The house was a tight in the mornings and getting ready for dinner. But the location was ideal and the kids had such a great time on the beach everyday. Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean. Great grill. Beds were comfortable. And the guys really enjoyed battles on the ping pong table. If you have a party of 6 or less, the house is the perfect size!

Great location. Nice roomy house. Communication with the host was easy. Stores and restaurants were close. Beach was wonderful. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the house. We will stay there again.

This was our second year staying at this property. The location cant be beet and the sleeping arrangements are perfet for a family with young children. This year they added a full bathroom on the second floor. Having the small pond next to the property is great for a morning cup of coffee and bird watching.

Eastham House

The house was perfectly sized, plenty of room to gather and then to spread out when needed. Lots of stocked items (salt/pepper, hand soap, dishtowels, sponges, coffee filters, garbage bags, games, books, fire wood, extra seating) that made the week even more relaxing. The location was great too, the beach is right across the road, plenty of restaurants nearby, and having the rail trail about 1.5 miles away made traveling around the Cape pretty convenient. The property was well maintained, clean, and decorated very cute. A/c was a godsend too! It is a great propertly!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this property as a beach getaway for our family of seven. Highlights included its proximity to the beach (can't beat it!) and the attached garage for easy access to our bicycles and stroller. The outdoor shower, clothesline, and washer/dryer were so helpful each day as well.

Beautiful House/ Great location

What an amazing house. Right by the ocean. The house had everything you need in the kitchen. And the washer and dryer was helpful. Very comfortable yard with a Hamic and picnic table, fire pit and grill. The outdoor shower was great.I would have to say the only negative is the 4 o’clock check in time is ridiculous. That was very stressful after lunch we had to sit in the car and wait for like two hours. I feel like a 2 o’clock or 3 o’clock check-in is a lot better. But overall it was a beautiful week

Great location, awesome sunsets!

Home was just as advertised. Great location. We vacationed in September so the beach was really nice (not crowded). It was great to wake up and walk out the door to the beach. Loved the beautiful sunsets every night. Would definitely stay here again.
