It has 5 bedrooms, including 2 suites and 2 single rooms, 3 of which have ceiling fans and 1 has a portable fan, 1 shared bathroom, 1 outdoor bathroom, a kitchen equipped with basic items, a barbecue with a grill, a living room with a TV and Sky, and a spacious balcony with a 180-degree view of the lake. Recreation area with a swimming pool (3.5 x 8 m) that is 1.3 m deep, with lake views throughout the area; on the balcony, there is a barbecue with a freezer, a dining table, and a pool table. The house is completely surrounded by a garden, with Wi-Fi and parking space for 4 cars.
