Very nice four bed vacation pool home with three full bathrooms, game room, pool overlooks conservation area, master room has a king bed, second master has a queen bed, 3rd room has a full bed, 4th room has two twin beds, cable, wifi, phone.. close to Walt Disney World.
Can be to either coast line beaches in a little over one hour.
Pool heat can purchased for $25 per day extra.

We loved this house! Great location! My great grandson love the game room and the pool. It's in a nice quite neighborhood but still close to everything! would definitely stay again!

Conference weekend

Our event was at the Marriott World Center. Travel was about 35 minutes but the price point was PERFECT for us. House was a great choice for us. The 3 baths gave everyone their own “space” and we had room to spare! We would definitely recommend staying here! Rebecca was a great host!

Perfect Space

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this property! We spent 4 days at Disney parks and it was the perfect location. We loved all the space in the home and the kids loved the pool! We were close to so many restaurant and grocery options. We had an issue and the maintenance person was there within a hour and had it fixed in no time. Everything about the property was easy and convenient.

Convenient and great property

Property was nice clean and organized. Comfort was perfect. Location was perfect for all attractions and restaurants were convenient to home without the hustle around the attractions! Would definently rebook this property again!

17th Birthday Vacation

7 of us stayed at this wonderful location. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. The host is very receptive and accommodating. The only downside was that one of the burners was not working on the stove and the pool had a lot of tiny bugs that were really hard to fish out. Maybe the pool filtration was not on a high setting. We worked around it so it was fine.

Great Family Home

We had an amazing stay! The pictures of the house that are posted were spot on. The house had everything that we needed for our stay and it was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that we enjoyed a very quiet stay, but it was close enough to drive to both coasts. The property manager was very quick to reply with any questions and very kind!

Wonderful stay, great property!

Four adults stayed in the four bedroom house. The check-in process was a breeze, Rebecca was responsive with any questions we had. There were plenty of towels, pillows blankets etc. The house is clean and stocked well. It was a good base for driving to Tampa, Orlando etc. Overall a great stay and we would do it again!

Met our Needs

House was adequate. Not the most impressive rental I've stayed in but it had all the basic necessities and was clean. Location was great right off Hwy 27 and quiet as there are no houses in the back. Pool was the perfect size and depth for our family with 3 kids ages seven and under. Would rent again.

Perfect location and wonderful house

We stayed at this property for a week and had a great time! The house is just as pictured and was nice and clean upon our arrival. We were in town for a dance competition/vacation and the location was perfect! We were less than 10 minutes from Championsgate and 20-30 minutes from Disney. The neighborhood was very nice and we all loved the pool! We did cook a little while we were there and found the only thing missing for us was a pizza pan or cookie sheet to put food in the oven. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Comfortable property

We travelled as a family of 4 adults, so we selected this specifically for the location and the number of rooms. We were not disappointed, the rooms were well laid out to give us all enough privacy when we wanted, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was great (although possibly a little small if you have the full 8 people staying - worked well for us and could have fit a couple more with no issues). Publix groceries is less than a 5 minute drive away, which was great since we didn't arrive until 8:30pm. Overall, the property was clean and comfortable, and the property manager/owner was quick to respond to our couple of queries.

Perfect family getaway.

This property had everything we needed. Our girls loved having their own private areas with their own bathrooms. After a fun, busy family day together, because this property is central to so much, it was nice for our teen girls to have their own space. Nice to just spend the day at the house relaxing by the pool and playing in the games room. This property was not lacking in anything we needed. We didn’t request any pool heat but after arriving we found the pool a bit cool but not a problem a quick email and the next morning the pool heat was turned on. Highly recommend.

Perfectly fine villa for visit to orlando

Good size villa and pool. Pool area could do with some maintenance- rust marks on patio from rusty legs of the 3 loungers. 4 comfy seats and good sized table plus 3 plastic chairs and plastic table but villa sleeps 8. Spacious bedrooms, nice and clean Good location on I 27. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked e.g. only 4 mugs for a villa that sleeps 8. And only 2 rings on hob worked but pretty much had everything else you’d need. Strangely VRBO never did email me the house key code I had to contact owner Owner was very helpful and prompt with responses.
