We had an enjoyable stay at this property, which for the most part, met our expectations as listed online. The location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities.The kitchen was a definite highlight. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals during our trip, which we really appreciated.However, there were a couple of significant issues that impacted our comfort. The air conditioning unit struggled immensely. It would freeze up around 75 degrees, causing the indoor temperature to rise into the high 70s and 80s, which was quite uncomfortable, especially during the day.Additionally, while the pool was beautiful, we were disappointed to find that the water was too cold to enjoy, and heating it required an extra fee. Future guests should factor in this potential additional cost if they plan on using the poolOverall, this is a great property in a prime location, but we hope the host addresses the issues with the A/C unit and clearly outlines the extra fee for pool heating in the listing.

House was clean. Plenty of towels etc for us. Bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of off street parking and the option to use the garage was great. We will keep it on our list to rent next time we come back to Florida.

The property was located about 7 min from Disney Parks. You don’t need to take major highways to get to Disney. The house had a lot of little amenities including strollers (which I didn’t need but thought it was a great thing), beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was the perfect size for a family of 4. Check in was easy and owner easy to reach. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! Our trip was for a Volleyball Nationals Tournament and this home was a peaceful place to stay away from the busy city of Orlando. It had all the comforts of home and was quiet, clean, and perfect! We loved it!

A Cozy Stay

This property is close to the Disney parks, seaworld, various shopping, and about an hour's drive to Cocoa Beach. The owners have it decorated in a Disney theme, which is great for the kids. Our family enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood felt very safe. It offers laundry facilities and a garage. We would choose to stay here again if we take another trip to Orlando.

I’d love to give this 5 stars! But I can’t.

There is no 4 1/2 stars so I have to give it 4.First of all, management was great! They checked on us, answered any questions we had. 5 stars plus for that.There were missing blinds in front room and master bedroom. We let owner know and actually someone came out and told us they wouldn’t be fixed, it would cost too much money so we had to jimmy rig that best we could. The house had anything you might need, kitchen was very well supplied! It’s a very dark house, lighting could have been better. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We used the lanai room a lot because of the blind situation in the front room. While we were there the lanai room leaked badly a few times during some heavy rain storms. They did come out and tarped the roof so They did their best to fix the problem. Needs a new roof!The pool was wonderful and super clean. Very close to Disney, shopping and attractions.We were there almost 4 months so all and all it was a great stay .

Fantastic place to stay

This location was really convenient to getting to and from the parks - no need to get on I-4! Ample space for all and lots of closet space to hold all of your laundry and things. Great communication with owner and management company. Pool was nice on a cool night as it was heated. Kids loved the theming. Thank you!

Great Location

We would stay again. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney. It had everything we needed. However, the screen room around the pool was missing two screen panels, and the pool was not heated to the best of our knowledge. Great quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe!

Property is in a good location to Disney parks. The home had an old moldy smell inside. Pool was not heated to expectation. Upon arrival we found a door dash from 11/16/2024 at the front door and a half full garbage can limiting our access to dispose of trash. The home needs a ventilation update / clean.

Great location

Great place to stay if you're doing a Disney vacation in Orlando. The area is great location in Orlando and easily accessible to the airport and Disney attractions. Our family was very comfortable here. We had a maintenance person show up to the property unannounced. I wasn't able to get a hold of the property management service, however the homeowner responded within minutes. Overall, great place to stay!

The host and the property management company were both wonderful to work with. They answered my questions right away. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was perfect for my husband and I. It is made for Disney lovers young and old. I will definitely look to stay here on our next vacation.

Nice location

Stay was great but the general up keep of the house was very disappointing, black hair in the master shower, floors not cleaned, pool was nice but it needed cleaned with the pool sweeper, mattress on pull out wasn't very good (very used and needs replaced) molded dishes in the dishwasher, was disappointed for the price we paid and not being what was expected!

Wonderful!!

We loved this home. We are already trying to set up a return trip. From the very comfortable bed to the pool, it was great. It is stocked with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you think you might need. And the icing on the cake, it is located right in the middle of everything. We never had to travel far to get to anything. It was wonderful. We will be coming back soon.

We are Disney Fanatics and decided to purchase this beautiful home to spend more time at our favorite destination. We also know that Disney World is expensive and wanted to provide a cost effective housing alternative to those that might not be able to come to Disney otherwise.

We chose this property due to its close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort and other area theme parks. There is a Super Wal-Mart within walking distance and many top restuarants only 1 mile away.
