It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with ACs. The living room and the dining room are one big space and are also air conditioned.
It has 2 bathrooms but only 1 with a shower.
The kitchen is practical and has a fridge and a stove.
The apartment is very sunny, has a great view and is centrally located in Zamalek and is walking distance from pretty much everywhere.
Wifi is 8MB so pretty fast for Egypt and very stable.
You will be dealing directly with the landlord so no broker fees are going to be applied.
