3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Downtown Ocean City Home w/ a Pool

This spacious single family home is located in the prime downtown location of Ocean City on 5th Street. There are 3 total bedrooms - 2 bedrooms on the first floor and the 3rd bedroom on the second floor that has a private balcony overlooking downtown OC. There is also a large sitting area essentially creating a 4th bedroom on the second floor that features a twin over double bunk bed. This home recently underwent a FULL interior and exterior renovation. Downstairs features a custom barn wood table big enough for the whole family! Corn hole boards, a ring and hook game, and connect 4 are all fun games for your family and friends to enjoy! A couple beach chairs and small umbrellas are located in bedroom 1 closet! Two parking passes will be provided and plenty of free additional street parking in the surrounding areas. The home is steps away from the Ocean and Boardwalk. There is a shared community pool for all guests to enjoy! The cleaning fee includes the linen fee in which bath towels and sheets will be provided for guests. We still recommend you bringing your own beach towels. SENIORS and GROUPS WELCOME !!!!

Nice House - Great Location

Rented house for a golf trip of 8 guys. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location to walk out and eat in evenings.

The home was beautiful but not well maintained. The kitchen was tidy but not clean. There was dirt and stains on the cabinets, walls and cobwebs on the ceilings. The kitchen equipment was pretty disgusting but luckily I brought my own coffee maker and paper goods. Also the pull out mattresses were not fit for adults. We had a good time there despite these limitations but I wouldn't stay there again.

Large house in a great OC location. Beach, boardwalk, shops and activities are all walkable. Parking passes for two vehicles. One of the spots is right next to the house. The host Britani is awesome. She made check in and check out simply with clear guidance for both. We had an issue that was entirely my fault. She resolved it quickly with a phone call. We had a great week long vacation with zero issues with the house. If we bring the grandkids back to OC we’ll try to stay here again.

Convenient property near Ocean City Boardwalk

My group enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location near boardwalk. Next to convenient deli. Host messaged us in advance to let us know that the home comes with a small starter supply of toilet paper/paper towels, so renters should consider bringing additional supply for convenience depending on size of group/length of stay.

Small groups of friends visiting to celebrate a bachelor party!

House was very well kept, incredibly clean and the amenities were just what we needed. Plenty of sleeping space. Property is in an amazing location right near the heart of the boardwalk!

The property looked exactly like the pictures, we really enjoyed having the privacy of a house while still being right off the boardwalk. The manager was very easy to communicate with and answered my messages quickly. Would 100% recommend!

Senior Getaway

Our group of friends stayed here in late June. The owners gave us great info on parking since we had more than 2 cars as well as a list of what to bring vs. what was provided. Check in and check out went as smoothly as possible. House is in a great location and only moved the cars twice during the week since we could walk to just about everything. Great Location!

Amazing Property

This was an amazing experience. I loved that the owner was very willing to open communications during the trip. The place was a perfect representation of what a place should look like when hosting. So many props to the owners for caring about their property!!

Perfect House for Sweek

This house is absolutely amazing. 9 of us stayed here for our senior trip. We each had our own place to sleep. Not to mention, the house was perfect and is by far the nicest house around. It included everything anyone could possibly need for their stay and was clean when we got there. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes at most. I seriously do have a single complaint about this house and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality vacation.

Perfect Stay

This was the ideal home for my weekend stay. The area was a perfect location. It was about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. The owners left a wide arrangement of menus for local restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was very easy considering this is my first time getting a rental home for a weekend. The price was perfect and the home exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and i felt like i could be comfortable in this beautiful home.

Great location

Had a great time! Dishwasher didn’t work, no sheets were out on bed, and floor made my socks black. Underneath beds and sinks were very gross, and had to fix the sink in the middle of week because it started leaking. Couldnt get into the laundry room, was locked all the time. Great location!

Overall was a good stay. Needs updating

The property was decent and roomy.very good location. definitely needs some updating and maintenance. The pullout couch matresses are a disgrace and should be replaced immediately!!! They horrible!!! The floores were not clean. The property has a ton of potential if kept better and maintenanced. But all and all we had a great time.

Not what we expected

I am not one to write reviews & this pains me to share because the owners were very responsive & extremely kind but this was definitely not what we expected. We were hoping this would be our annual go-to spot but it was extremely disappointing. It's a nice house but it is not well kept. We walked in to sand on the floors and my 1.5 y/o daughters feet were black from walking around barefoot, so clearly the floors weren't cleaned well. We saw a mouse, there were mouse droppings underneath the kitchen sink, found a grasshopper in my bedroom that I had to capture & release, there was residue / smears on the fridge, microwave & tvs, the throw pillows on the beds seemed very worn & dirty, there was blood on my mattress pad, no blinds on the br windows upstairs, stains on the walls, stairs & furniture, sand in the dressers, closet door was broken in the master, the upstairs bedrooms were connected so you had to walk through one to get to another. It's a busy street too, so lots of noise when you're sitting on the porch with the cars driving by & every morning around 630 / 7am a loud trash truck picked up the trash next door which woke us up. I will say that the owners were apologetic about the cleanliness and brought a new mattress pad over asap to replace the bloody one. Additionally, they came and set up some mouse traps the next morning. Aside from the busy street, the location is great being right next to a market and about 2 blocks from the beach / boardwalk.

Hello! My name is Brittani and my husband Joe and I live in Ocean City, Maryland and love everything about it! We just welcomed our daughter, Cora, in September 2020 and our son Bodhi in May 2023. We love trying new restaurants and love to travel anywhere and everywhere. Our favorite trips to date have to be our travel of the Hawaiian Islands in early 2020 and our road trip around the US in 2015. We both also love cruises and have been on several over the past couple years. I am a Real Estate Agent in the Ocean City area and Joe is a contractor. Joe and I also renovate houses and enjoy the challenge of making something new again. We own a couple rental properties in the Ocean City area that we are constantly updating each year to keep them fresh and desirable to stay! We hope you enjoy your stay in Ocean City!
