Teal Door Villa is a beautiful, clean and comfortable 4 bedroom house that sleeps 8. It features 2 king bedroom suites each with their own private bathrooms; a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds that share the 3rd bathroom.
The house has a comfortable open concept living space with a kitchen that is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis that provides purified drinking water and ice, so no need to purchase bottled drinking water.
Walk out to a large, south facing, very private screen covered lanai. Our Newly resurfaced pool has a hand rail for ease when stepping in and out of pool; Our hot tub is great for soaking those tired touring bodies and we have chaise lounges for sun bathing & relaxing. If you prefer the water, we have pool floats as well.
2 comfortable table and chair sets for outdoor dinning or game playing.
Don’t bother to pack beach towels, we have them for your use. Do you have little ones? We have a Pack N Play infant bed, stroller, car seat and a high chair for your use. There are Roku T.V.’s in the living room and all the bedrooms.
Theres a local park with playground and basket ball court less than a block away.

The West Stonebridge subdivision -located in Davenport, bordering the 4 Corners neighborhoods. We’re right across the street from Champions Gate off Hwy 27. It has great access to Hwy 192 and I-4. It’s about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just 25 minutes to Disney attractions and close to other theme parks such as Universal and Seaworld.
Although we do supply some initial items for our guests, our house is primarily self catering. Additional supplies and groceries can be purchased near by at the Publix food store just across the hwy. Other nearby stores such as Walmart, Lowes, Target and assorted retail stores are just a few miles on Hwy 27. And to many of our guests delight, we have a StarBucks and Chick-fil-A within walking distance!
Centrally located, our villa is less than 2 hours from both the Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches making day trips possible. For those golf enthusiasts, we’re also close to several outstanding golf courses such as Champions Gate golf (as mentioned earlier).
Whether you stay to just get away from a colder climate or use as your base home after spending long days at the theme parks, we think you will find this house to be beautiful with clean, comfortable accommodations.
