Ideal for leisure or business travel, this apartment is a 5 minute drive to the CBD and CTICC, and just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Within walking distance of many attractions including the V&A Waterfront.

Located on the 5th floor of a newly build block in De Waterkant. This apartment features stylish, functional design with a modern, open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the balcony. The well fitted kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Other amenities include: compact storage unit, free uncapped wifi internet, Netflix, satellite TV, parking in the secure underground basement, lift from ground floor, intercom access control and 24-hour manned security.
Please note that the building has implemented a new strict no-smoking & bad misbehavior policy within the building
You will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the rules & building conduct.
