Our Home is Your Goal When You Play @ DE Turf

This 3-bedroom 1 bath home has room for one or two families to spread out and take advantage of the short drive to all Delaware attractions including the DE Turf fields, beaches, Dover Downs and many more. It is adjacent to our home in a quiet community. This home offers an eat-in kitchen and dining area to seat at least 6-8 family members. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds fill the spacious bedrooms. All modern amenities available.

The space
Our home is adjacent to the listed property in a quiet neighborhood.
The Frederica Family Home has a basement for kids to play fuse ball and ping pong. There is plenty of open space to walk your pet.
Frederica is a classic river town at its core. Home of the new sports complex, Delaware Turf. Frederica is a quaint idyllic spot to escape for a moment of quiet reflection by the water. It is nicknamed Frogtown because of its location near the wetlands (and their amphibian residence). Frederica is a former port site that has evolved into a charming Delaware village with gorgeous nature views and a warm welcoming community.

Guest access
Our guests will be able to access the entire house with plenty of parking. The garage is not available.

Other things to note:
Trash and recycle are collected at approximately 6:00 am on Mondays.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please leave keys on the kitchen table, lock all the doors and take out trash. The house has a security camera attached to the garage.

Perfect location, super clean!

We love staying at Anita‘s house – it has everything we need, easy access to the Delaware turf fields, and plenty of food options nearby. Anita is incredibly flexible and extremely helpful, as she responds to messages quickly.

From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful place was clean spacious beyond what we expected the owners were very helpful and recommending the park in the neighborhood for the kids to play after we left the amusement park everything was excellent we will be staying again

This is my fourth time staying at this property. It is so well maintained and welcoming. From the snacks that are available in the kitchen table to the warmth that the whole house gives you. The house is clean and comfortable. It makes me feel like I am in my own home. The location is perfect. There are many restaurants only minutes away or you can make your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. We look forward to coming back again in the spring.

Excellent Property

The home was immaculate and it was beautifully decorated. Anita provided anything we could possibly need from snacks to bottled water to soap and shampoo.Everything was thoughtful and helpful, and it just added to the overall relaxing and peaceful ambiance. It truly felt like home.

Beautiful Home

Just a wonderful place to stay. Anita’s house is so cute and clean. You feel welcome as soon as you come in and see the snacks waiting for you on the table. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room area is very comfortable. Plenty of space to move around and a nice outdoor area. Great place to stay!

Loved staying here. Reminded me of staying with relatives but without them there! House was set up nicely. Grounds were meticulous! Very centrally located to all the beaches. Loved staying here.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect place to stay while attending a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf! The home was clean and the hosts went above and beyond to provide all the amenities their guests might need. The mattresses could use an update but overall we had a great stay.

This home was perfect for our family. It was spotless and stocked full of amenities. Very comfortable stay and easy trip to visit patient in Milford hospital. My dog loved the backyard and ability to come with us on trip. Would highly recommended this property.

Great for our lacrosse adventures

Quaint home and great for my two boys. Plenty of room in the backyard for them to practice lacrosse and fun activities with the darts and ping pong table. Beautiful sunset views and very pleasant hosts!

Nice stay

We came to saty for a soccer tournament at DE Turf. The house/property was well maintained and clean, check in/out was easy and my daughter loved the basement with the foosball and ping pong table! We had a nice stay and if we ever come back for another tournament we'll try to book this place again.

Clean and hospitable home

Couldn’t ask for more with this efficient and super clean home in Frederica. Everything you need is here, and it’s great to have a kitchen for early breakfasts and laundry after a long day of games. Anita goes out of her way to make the stay as easy as possible for her guests!

My husband and I live adjacent to the property. We pride ourselves in giving our guests a clean and comfortable place to stay. Our property is listed on Airbnb and has a 4.9 rating. We are 45 minutes from Rehoboth Beach and a stone's throw from Delaware Turf.

Our property is approximately 3 miles from Rt 1. If you are looking for a place that is far enough away from the fast pace of the beach with a country flair, we are that place. We have enough space for folks to walk their dog and relax in the backyard. If you want to see a beautiful sunset, just step out to the backyard and you will not be disappointed.
