This light filled, modern beach house with cathedral ceilings, 3 outdoor balconies is approximately 150 metres to Rosebud village and the beach, Trinity Beach House encapsulates perfect beachside living.

Trinity Beach House has everything you desire for relaxed beachside living. Designed with separate zoning, the downstairs area contains a double lock-up garage with table tennis table, internal entrance to a hallway containing 2 bedrooms for singles/children (bunk bedroom with a small TV and 2 single beds) followed by a rear wing containing a King Bed and adjacent bathroom. On this level guests can enjoy a lower living space, including split system heating/cooling, TV with Netflix and a separate kitchenette with access to a lovely covered alfresco lounge suite, dining and BBQ overlooking a fully fenced landscaped rear yard.

Upstairs guests will love the spacious, light filled cathedral ceilings, powder room, ultra-chic open plan kitchen with 4 bar stools, dining for 8 and a large comfortable living space which houses a large gas fireplace, Smart TV including Netflix. A large sun filled balcony is accessible overlooking village life, a great space to relax. A Master King ensuite bedroom/bathroom is housed at the rear of the property on the top level, inviting space, light and privacy, leading to a large private balcony with water views.

Spacious home home for a family or two

We booked Trinity Beach House for a family get together and really enjoyed the layout, facilities and location of the property. The fire was fantastic for the cooler nights and the table tennis table added some family fun. Although we didn't use the second kitchenette, it would be handy for those larger families needed the extra space and fridge storage. We would book again! Thank you.

Condition of the Property

Poorly maintained with broken doors and windows that would not shut and fly screens with holes in them. Upstairs shower blocked and not able to use. Location, fantastic but needs some love to bring it back to the value in is asking. I have provided photo's to the property manager.

We booked this house because the photos looked very appealing and the property looked clean and well maintained. Upon arrival the upstairs air conditioner would only blow out hot air (it needed to be re-gassed), the garage door buttons didnt work, and a blind was pulled off the roller downstairs. The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the property. There was Dog hair absolutely everywhere, couch, carpets etc. Ants were around the floor and bench tops. Even Spiders on the curtains and in the bath tub/shower. For the money we paid we were very disappointed. We left a day earlier as we didn't want to stay there any longer. (We spoke the property maintenance man, upon arriving and told him about the blind and air conditioner and nothing was done to fix it while we were there.) It was 29-30 degrees every day and we couldn't even sit upstairs until late afternoon when there was a breeze come through as it was so hot upstairs.

Needs more attention to detail

The house was clean and pleasant but there was the bare minimum in terms of towels/soap/crockery and a few things that didn't work properly (dishwasher/garage door). A little more maintenance and attention to detail would be good.
