Perfect location - central but with free parking! 2 BDR, recently refurbished apartment in the city centre, 75 m2, master bedroom king size bed, second bedroom single or queen size bed, 1 full bathroom, separate toilet, sleeper sofa, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, elevator, FREE parking, quiet residential area, sleeps 5. CHILDREN WELCOME! Cot, high-chair, toys available :) Everything will be professionally cleaned and sanitized for your stay!
This is a new listing on this platform, but we've had guests stay with us for the past 4 years with A..Bnb and have been very happy with the apartment.
Recently refurbished 2 bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Spacious kitchen fully equiped. Hardwood flooring and central heating. Cable TV and Wi-fi internet available. Large flat screen 52' HD TV in the living room and smaller one in the bedroom. A large DVD selection. Custom furnishings. Second bedroom sleeps 1 or 2 depending on your needs. Large sofa bed in the living room. Lots of light and very airy so you won't be missing the AC. With elevator and private parking. Clean, neat and quiet home we'd love you to experience. Professionally cleaned before and after each arrival. If you have a baby or a toddler we can provide you with a cot which fits comfortably in the main bedroom.
Well insulated building keeps the apartment cool in the Summertime. Lots of plants in the apartment and on the balcony which you are requested to water daily if possible.
Walk to the stores, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pubs, museums, theatres, the river and Tivoli park. On the bus line with city bike rentals acound the corner.
We rent frequently ourselves and can interact as much or as little as you'd wish.

I love travelling and always stay in private residencies which give me the comfort of a home so I provide the same for my guests. I've seen the world and lived in many different countries from the States to Spain to the Seychelles. I love the sea and water in general. Summertime is my favourite but I love a short skiing trip in the winter as well. I play tennis, golf, dive, I do SUP whenever I can.

My guests are always super happy with the apartmet. You will have all the amenities, if you love to cook you'll have a fully equipped kitchen. It's a quiet area so you'll get a good night sleep. Heavy blinds make sure the sun doesn't wake you up in the Morning, but in the afternoon you can sit in the sun on the balcony or at night enjoy a quiet cocktail. 5 minutes to the river and 5 minutes to Tivoli park.

Location, location, location! On the edge of the old town but with parking which you won't get there (no car access to the old town). Everything is accessible by foot, short walk or bike ride away, even a lovely public pool (Kolezija) 5 mins away with a bike. Bike rentals around the corner - also taxi stand if you're going to the train station or the airport.
