About this property

Detached house with south facing terrace, close to beaches and shops

Well insulated wooden detached house (built in 2012) with:
South-facing terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue.
Living room on one level with American kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, electric hob, coffee maker ....)
dining area and lounge area TV Wi fi
1st floor: make up with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 1. 40m x 2m, the other with 2 single beds in 0. 90m x 2m, shower room and separate WC.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
In front of the house a parking space.
The house is called: TY LOFT.
- Regarding electricity, the meter will be read on your arrival and departure. The difference will be invoiced to you at 0.16 € per kw / h.
- When you arrive the house is clean and you must make it clean.
- We can take care of it but we have to prevent it so that we get organized. You will be asked 50 € upon arrival.

Quiberon au printemps

Location très agréable et très lumineuse ou rien ne manque, très centrée entre la plage de Kermorvan, Port Haligen, la grande plage et le centre ville. On peut aisément se passer de voiture. Nous avions loué la petite maison à côté il y a 27 ans, cela a bien changé.

Wiedermal schöne Tage in Quiberon

Das Ferienhaus ist für Wanderungen auf dieser herrlichen Halbinsel gut gelegen. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist zufriedenstellend, könnte aber ein paar neue Sitzmöbel vertragen. Das Bad ist winzig! Absolut störend ist leider der tägliche Betrieb auf der un- mittelbar angrenzenden Sportstätte, wo 8 Stunden bis zur Dämmerung auf mehreren Bahnen Boule gespielt wird. Was nur mit viel lautstarker Kommunikation geht. Ein Aufenthalt auf der kleinen Terrasse hinterm Haus hat deshalb wenig Freude bereitet. Dafür kann man Nachts sehr ruhig schlafen!

Agréable location à Quiberon proche des commerces.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location à Quiberon. Logement spacieux et fonctionnel pour un couple, bien aussi pour un couple avec enfants. Deux chambres assez grandes. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse bien abritée où nous avons pu déjeuner dehors par beau temps.

Très bel emplacement et très propre

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, très bien équipé, rien ne manquait. L'emplacement est super pour faire beaucoup de coins à pied (port Haliguen, différentes plages, centre ville...). Une super crêperie au coin de la rue. Leger bémol relatif à l'emplacement malgré tout : le club de pétanque juste à côté qui est certains soirs un peu bruyant. Remarque indépendante de la location : une réparation de serrure était à faire lors de notre séjour (serrure cassée avant notre arrivée), rdv était pris un jour puis un autre car personne n'est venu la première fois. Cela nous a un peu bloqué dans nos déplacements. La faute au réparateur, pas au propriétaire. Bilan plutôt positif : nous avons eu une semaine très ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la petite cour le soir à l'ombre. Chaleur toutefois dans les chambres à l'étage... Bon souvenir de cette location.

Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité des plages et du centre ville. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mme C la voisine et qui reste disponible au besoin, une personne charmante. Le logement est bien équipé. Des jouets de plage sont à disposition, notre fille en à profité. Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances, nous sommes ravis.

La location correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions ;gîte très bien équipé , spascieux, confortable ,très bien situé: proximité des commerces et de la plage. Belle petite maison bien située

Franchement, pas grand chose à redire. Accueil très souriant, disponibilité, jolie petite maison, bien décorée et bien équipée, très bien située (à peine 5 minutes à vélo du centre-ville et/ou de la plage, 10/15 minutes à pieds). Tous commerces à proximité, notamment boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, supermarché. Très bon séjour.
