River Dreams is a well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious condo located on the 4th floor at Cedar Lodge Condominium, right on Little Pigeon River in the heart of Pigeon Forge. This beautiful condo features a fully stocked kitchen, open concept dining and living room, as well as access to a large balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature along the river, the beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains, and convenience of being near the main parkway. As our guest, you will have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally), free WiFi, and cable with a television in each bedroom. All bedrooms feature king size beds with a designated bathroom for each. Covered parking is available on the ground level with overflow spaces for up to 2 vehicles, no trailers are allowed.

Cedar Lodge is 1.3 miles from Dollywood theme parks, 1 block from the Parkway, and is located behind Dolly Parton’s Stampede dinner theater near Light #8. Conveniently located in downtown Pigeon Forge, guests are within a short driving distance to local area attractions.

Loved the room , balcony view and multiple places to sit . In walking distance of stampede . Very quiet area , comfortable , kitchen well furnished . Extra blankets in each bedroom . One level and elevator from outside to floor of room . Bathrooms have plenty of countertop space to make getting ready easy .

The condo was very clean and inviting. It was decorated beautifully and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. Big balcony and plenty of room to spread out. There were throws in each closet they were much appreciated for sitting out on the balcony. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had so much fun. The grandkids loved the balcony as much as I did. This condo was right in the middle of everything. The best place by far that we have stayed while visiting the Smoky Mountains! We even saw a bald eagle a couple of mornings from the balcony.

Everything was as pictured. The condo was spotless clean and nicely decorated in a safe area. We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed looking at the ducks on the water. Also, great communication with host; would definitely stay again.

Great condo with three large king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All on same level with elevator. Balcony was so nice overlooking river! Kitchen was well stocked. So nice to have coffee furnished and also to let us know what kind of coffee maker there! Very responsive hosts!

Spacious apartment next to the action

Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. The check-in process was very easy. My family is always looking for coffee options, and they had a lot - Keurig K cup plus drip coffee. They also had a small assortment of actual coffee and creamers. The kitchen was well stocked. The description on the website was accurate. We liked the smart TVs in the bedrooms, but wish the TV in the living room was a smart TV so we could stream our shows. Really not a big deal. The location is pretty great because it’s just one block off of the main drag where you can find restaurants and the entrance to the national park and the entrance to Dollywood and so forth. The beds were comfy, and the linens were cozy. Outside of the hosts control, we had a very noisy upstairs neighbor for the duration of our stay. The Wi-Fi worked well. The checkout process was standard and easy.

Wonderful Condo

I booked this condo for a long weekend girls trip for myself and my two best friends. It was perfect for us. We loved how spacious it was, that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the balcony overlooking the river was awesome. It was in a great location convenient to everything we wanted to do. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Pigeon Forge for the 4th

Everything was awesome with our stay. A very well stocked kitchen and the bath towels seemed brand new! Comfy beds too. Internet is a little spotty was the only issue.

Great condo

The three bedroom three bathroom condo was very clean, great floor plan and felt like home. This was our second year to stay in the exact same condo. The entire experience has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this condo. Easy access to Dollywood and shows.

Family vacation

We throughly enjoyed staying here. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The back porch overlooks the river which was so relaxing to listen too. The owner is very prompt with any questions we had. Location was great near downtown pigeon forge and very convenient to Smokey mountain park. Would highly recommend this place.

Tranquil spot

This was only my second time booking with VRBO, and I must say both times have gone very smoothly. There was absolutely no issues with the access code or the door lock. If we needed anything Molly was super helpful and was very accommodating. The condo was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The river behind the condos made for beautiful white noise that was very peaceful to listen to at the end of a busy day. There were no issues at all with parking either. There were plenty of spaces available even the covered spots. This is an ideal place for anyone who wants to be close to all the attractions, such as Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and the Pigeon Forge strip. Our daughter is only 3 so I can see her wanting to come back more frequently when she gets older. We will be booking with Molly again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Love mountain vacations

Property was in great location however it was hot it said don’t set below 67 however everytime we set it to cool in 10 minutes it’s back at 75 stayed 85 in their whole time luckily they where fans we all hooked up blowing on us couldn’t sleep in beds there where like sleeping in parking lot so hard she stated they was 2 months old pillow tops wrong again she had to be confused nothing pillow top about any of the beds even my teens complained how hard they was how they hurt after trying to sleep on them I ended up buying them memory foamed toppers hauled back home so they could rest while on spring break but place was nice great location!was like li

Fee’s Review

This was our second stay at this condo. It is conveniently located and a great place to stay. The property managers communicate well and respond to messages quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with updated dishes, utensils, pots and pans. We couldn’t ask for anything else. The only issues we encountered upon our arrival included cracker crumbs on the couch and under the couch pillows. We vacuumed the crumbs up with no problem. We also found used towels in the hamper in the big bedroom, but we washed them. Problem solved. On our way out of town, one of our guests realized that she had left her prescription glasses and a book on the bed so we went back to get them. It was after our checkout time so we couldn’t get in the condo. I went to the office, but no one was there so I called the number posted on the door. The man who answered was no help. He said he couldn’t find my reservation and told me to contact VRBO where I made my reservations. All I wanted was to get the pair of glasses. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we will stay here again. With the exception of forgetting the glasses and book (which was our fault) the issues we experienced were minor and we worked through them. This is a great place to stay!
