Chadron Downtown Loft

Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooking downtown Chadron. Located on the second story (no elevator) of a Historic building renovated in 2019. We are in the heart of downtown and within steps of the movie theater, coffee shops and many restaurants.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops (finished in 2021). The Master Bedroom has a master bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is spacious and has heated tile for our cold Nebraska winters. The washer and dryer are located in the second bathroom also. There is a dining area with four chairs and comfortable living room. The space is decorated with refurbished original pieces from the building (utilizing radiators, windows, wood, ceiling tiles, banisters, and more) and photos of the local area. The apartment is approximately 1000 square feet total with a private entrance from Main Street. Owners live across the hallway.

Great historic two bedroom on second floor. There are a lot of steps to access, if that is an issue for you. This place works great for our family with teen family members that may or may not join us. We enjoy this place so much that we have stayed multiple times. : )

Thank you Matt & Senna! Loved staying here so much. Such a beautiful & comfortable loft space with great hosts. Would definitely stay again. They also do longer term rents for temporary workers.

Wonderful Loft in Downtown Chadron

This is a beautifully renovated space with a great location. It's within walking distance to Chadron State College and a short drive to great outdoor adventures around the Chadron and Crawford areas.

Beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were there if needed but not intrusive. We were there for our grandson's football game so it was perfect for an after-game get together with family. It was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, bakeries, a movie theater....many different amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay. The space is gorgeous and beautifully designed/decorated. Special touches, too. Great location right on the main street, including two great coffee shops nearby. Matt and Senna were wonderful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft! We came for graduation (CSC) and it was just perfect! Super comfortable with everything we needed. I’ve was worried we’d be disturbed at night since it’s downtown but we never heard a thing. We would definitely y stay here again!

Amazing Property

This was by far one of the best we've ever stayed at. I simply can't say enough about how great it was. Everything about it was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen, the decor, everything was just a 10 out of a 10. We had family business to tend to in and near Gordon and drove there everyday, but the loft was great to come back to and relax in every evening and get a great nights sleep. Love love loved it! Would definitely recommend and will most assuredly return.

Contrast is a beautiful thing. This was the third rental in three weeks and while the others were nice, the loft far exceeded them. It is clear that much thought went into the design of the property and also the "experience." My only complaint is that we weren't able to spend much time in Chadron and the property as we were busy taking in all the area has to offer and visiting family. Matt and Senna were great from booking to checkout! My challenge will be keeping family members from booking it first next year. :)

Well situated apartment

We were on our way from South Dakota to Colorado and exploring the norther part of Nebraska. This apartment VRBO was very well thought out and nicely decorated. We found the kitchen to be well above average WRT cooking ware and utensils. The in-apartment washer and dryer was a bonus! The only con was the aroma sticks as I am chemically sensitive to those things. Regardless, highly recommend this VRBO if you are in the area.

Hunting week

This apartment was great! Clean and set up perfectly. We came out for deer hunting and it was a great location to go to all of the places we had set up. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We loved it!

Everything was sparkling clean. The Loft also had some unbeatable character - the owners renovated an old masonic lodge and were able to use many of the original materials. The downtown location was also fantastic. We'd highly recommend! Note that there is only a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and toaster (no sink or stove) in the kitchen, so keep that in mind for your stay (though there are some great food options really close!).

Clean apartment, friendly owner, stunning property

Just wow, I can't say enough about this apartment. A group of friends and I booked the place for a 4 day couples hunting excursion... it was Spic-N-Span clean, smelled so good, everything about the place was top notch (including the soft water). We thoroughly enjoyed it all, it is within walking distance to numerous places to eat, and close to anywhere we needed to go by vehicle (Safeway, Walmart, etc...). Senna was also great, prompt with any questions and helpful with anything we needed. Hopefully we'll be back here for another adventure, I'd highly recommend this beautifully restored apartment.
