Great place to relax

A Wonderful Week!!!

Really enjoyed this beautiful home along the canal. Extremely quiet location made relaxing on the outside patio very easy. Home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities of being at home. Only downside was that the pool heater didn't perform well. Overall, would definitely consider this property for a future visit.

Family Getaway

Overall a nice stay however improvements are definitely needed. Most of the beds were extremely uncomfortable to the point where some of our guests were sleeping on the couch. Pool was not heated and extremely cold even with 85 degree temperatures we barely used it. Overall house was tidy however seems as though the floor never gets mopped or cleaned as walking around without shoes resulted in black feet.

Pool wasn't heated even though they charged us for heat. Debris and spiders on the bottom of pool Bedroom fan stuck on high and very loud Bed were comfortable

Overall good but not great

I will start by saying overall this property was good, we loved the private pool, quick location to convenience stores and feeling safe in a good residential neighborhood. When we arrived the main area of the house was clean and clearly updated- looked great. When you look a little further we noticed a lot of dust all over and cobwebs in the corners of the windows. We got to unpacking and realized there were no bath towels in the bathrooms; once we looked around we realized a load of towels in the dryer and another load that was washed but taken out of the washer wet and just put on top of the dryer so they were all hard and crusty. There were a couple of cups in the cupboards that had dried food in them (like the previous guests made smoothies and they didn’t get washed all the way) and several small black sticky spots in several locations of the home. It was as if the cleaners had swept but did not mop. We went around scrubbing these spots as best we could so we didn’t step in sticky spots all week. Sliding door handle to pool area was broken and almost falling off which was tough bc we used this door all day everyday. Lastly, there was a smoke detector located in a cabinet under the sink and it went off twice while no one was cooking or utilizing anything. Overall, the home was good, but unfortunately if we had the option of staying here or elsewhere if we returned to the area we would look for another option.

Nice housing

The house was as expected, beatiful kitchen, confortable bedrooms, nice backyard. The negative points to me , were: - the outdoor grill didn t have propane gas and the property had a note were they explained that we had to buy a propane gas bpttle if we want to use the grill -I forgot a dress in the house and I contacted the Management in order to be able to look for it but I never get and answer.

We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the option to dock a rental boat on the property.

Clean, easy access to the gulf and local restaurants.

It's good, not great.

This property is just a few "tweaks" away from being very nice. It is a little rough in some areas, most of the pool toys are broken, and it was dirty the day we got there. Thankfully the "pool guy" did show up to clean it. As one other review stated, the beds ARE very uncomfortable, the Master bed is okay, but our kids HATED theirs. One of the beds makes so much noise with every move you make....they ended up fighting over the couch! Also, we got there a couple days after garbage pickup, so the previous renters trash was OVERFLOWING, and the lid was missing from the can so it was a fly FEST.....I contacted management and they said "so sorry, make sure you take it to the curb on garbage day"...five days LATER....so YUCK, and there was little or no room to place our trash in it....also it is stated toiletries are supplied.... there was only a half empty bottle of sunscreen and lotion.....there is nothing in the bathrooms, so we were running out for shampoos and soap, just a heads up! The neighbors dogs are also up early BARKING....so if you sleep in the Master, you get an automatic EARLY alarm. Bottom line, if you get it for a reasonable price, it is ok. We booked kind of last minute and there was not much available and we paid more for it. On the positive side, It is tastefully decorated and not far from anything you could need. The kayaks are nice to have also.
