Welcome to our stunning 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in Champions Gate. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an open living room with plush seating, elegant decor, and abundant natural light, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

On the first floor, you'll find 2 beautiful bedrooms one has a full bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a king master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom: one with 2 twin beds and the other with a full bed. The other room features a full bed. Two more rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, both featuring a full bed. For a touch of whimsy, there is a bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Lastly, a spacious bedroom with three full beds is perfect for larger groups.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Great house!

Nice house, great location. Loved the outdoor patio/pool. For a house that sleeps a lot of guest's the kitchen needs more supplies and more bath towels. I would definitely stay here again.

Family get together for “Thanksmas”.

The house was perfect. The location had construction directly in front but we never needed to go out except to take the trash out and go to the therm parks. Could use some kitchen items such as pot holders, rags/dish towels and a couple more pots for cooking but overall we all loved it and would come back again.

The Home Was Beautiful And The Floor Plan Was Perfect For My Family. There Were A Few Things Broken In The Home But I’m Sure They Were Aware Of Them And Because They Didn’t Hinder Our Trip We Left The Issue Alone. Overall We Had The Perfect Time!!

Daughter's birthday Vacation

Everything was amazing only 2 issues were that the garage door needed to be adjusted for it to work at it was taken care of right away. And that there was an ant issue keeping us from utilizing one of the bedrooms. Everything else was amazing.

Amazing house!

This house has everything we needed to have a great time with the family. We loved the heated pool. The big “Ipad” that was on the living room was really helpful! It had more information than we expected and it was super easy to use. Definitely we’ll recommend this house and the great company that takes care of it. Everything was so easy. Thank you so much for also extending our stay with the late check out. That really helped us.

Great House

This house was great for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. We came for a soccer tournament for our kids and the boys loved that there was a small soccer field across from our house. The community pool was also fun. The only thing was there wasn’t enough pans to cook in and the ones that were there were small so we had to make food in smaller portions. But we made it work. The host was always very communicative and always responded right away.

Rash

After the 1st night, small bumps appeared on my neck and chest area and by the end of my trip, it had spread to my right arm and back. I used some over the counter cream to help relieve the itching and pain. I have a doctor's appointment in the morning to find out what kind of rash this is. It's crazy how I am the only one to get the rash and 12 people were in the cabin.

Has potential

The dryer still didn’t work, repair man came as we were leaving after a week and a half. The Wi-Fi is awful if you’re doing college work you’ll need a hot spot. The thermostat and dishwasher took a couple of days to get fixed. I had to clean the cigarette butts and straws left around outside. I think this property has turned me off of vrbo

Average but can improve

The listing was perfect for the number of people we had for the group. The first group arrived and saw a broken plate and a crack on the microwave (which were all noted by the IHM when we sent them the photo). We noticed as we stayed, there was a dead roach under the carpet, the dryer was broken which they said there was a part missing and is being ordered. We hoped that they told us in advance vs us telling them. We were hoping to wash the towels in the location before using them since there were lint on them. Overall, the place is worth it. I just hope they would clean the place thoroughly and replace broken items without guests telling them it’s broken.

Needs a lot of work!

Large enough house BUT full of stains, plenty of broke or semi-broke items and wifi and TVs that needed to be reset daily - unsat! Also VERY limited kitchen items (no can opener!) and a semi-working dishwasher. Hot tub won't Heat above 90degrees instead of the normal 95-103!-unsat especially since they charge extra for Heat! (got them to refund it) . Only positive was that the hosts did respond to daily issues we had but only semi-successful on resolving 1st time...overall would stay elsewhere next time.

Disney Vacation

The property was excellent. The kids loved the pool and we have plenty of room. Then there was no water to the house. Management said someone will be out in 30mins and knock on the door to let us know they are outside. They showed up but never informed us of the problem. When I called back they said a pipe was burst and someone from the water company was coming( I know things happen) but communication can go a long way especially when it’s 11 people was 5 under 8. No one offered to bring us water or nothing but that could be gather from no communication. No one ever reached out to us unless I called.They said try no to use the restroom well that went very well because they couldn’t tell us when someone was coming. Anyway besides that it was a great vacation for the family.
