There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.



You can fill your days with fun at the resort. Join the kids for some thrills down the water slide, play a game of tennis or volleyball. Perhaps you can enjoy a cool drink at the poolside Tiki bar after running a mile on the treadmill in the fitness center? Enjoy lunch in the clubhouse café – no need to hop in a car and leave the resort.

(Heating service is currently unavailable) Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. - Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

Pet Friendly:

• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home ( no pitbulls allowed )

• A pet fee of $129 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
