One of the most beautiful beaches literally 10 steps away , to the rooftop pool with 360 views i which include views of the Atlantic Ocean, All San Juan, The airport, The only U.S. federal tropical rain forest "El Yunque" and more.

The Penthouse view was amazing and so convenient to so many amazing places. We absolutely loved our stay. The only annoying thing was the air conditioning kicking on and off, but it appears that all of the units in the building and surrounding buildings have wall units and not centralized air.

This is certainly a stunning beach front property! We so enjoyed our stay! The property itself, Yolanda the onsite manager, location to beaches, the rooftop pool for a quick plunge, the beach chairs and cooler provided, the onsite parking, the ambiance...all fabulous! We would definitely book again!

Overall a lovely stay!! Beautiful location with stunning ocean views and a cool locations with good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our time there but the property could have been cleaner. We noticed stains and crumbs on the sofa and mold in the a.c.

The apartment was very spacious and had the most beautiful views of the beach. It was easy to check into and the communication was quick. I especially loved that the apartment was equipped with all the supplies we needed like beach chairs/towels/sunscreen and pool floaties. I also loved having a supply of Puerto Rican coffee to have on the balcony every morning.

Check in was absolutely seamless. Yolanda, the host’s assistant was wonderful and familiarized us with the property. The apartment was beyond beautiful, only a minute from the shore! Very clean, organized and modern. Balcony was awesome!

The best penthouse experience

We LOVED our stay- it was so cool to wake up see the ocean from the bedroom windows or balcony. Jennifer and Yolanda were great and very helpful. The location is great too. We were able to walk to breakfast/coffee each morning and it was an easy Uber to other beaches and Old San Juan.

Overall decent, okay stay!

The penthouse was spacious, convenient and a great location. It was nice to be within walking distance of a lot of places. The condo wasn’t as updated as we’d like and not as clean as we’d hope. Unfortunately, there was a good amount of dust. However, the property manager, Yolanda, was amazing! She was so friendly, patient and kind! She helped us with everything we needed, we appreciated it very much! The penthouse is a great place for big groups and it’s very convenient for location. For the price, we just would have liked the condo to be a lil more clean and updated but thank you for allowing us to stay!

Very Nice!

This condo was very nice! Right on the beach--beautiful views from the balcony, where we ate several meals and enjoyed the weather morning and night. Nice to have a full kitchen--didn't need to eat at restaurants for every meal. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach and the water. Located close to the airport and everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment

The view alone was worth it! The apartment wss beautiful and in a good location, close to everything we needed. Its very close to the airport but we didnt even notice the sound of planes because the ocean sounds were front and center. We loved opening the patio doors all the way for how much living space it gave us to enjoy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Short getaway

The condo looks exactly as pictured in the listing, with all amenities available on-site. The washer and dryer are a great bonus. Apt right on the beach so very convenient. The building is older but everything functioned. Keyless entry lock may need to be replaced as it didn’t work a few times but we had key so used that instead. The only issue we encountered was a power outage on our last day—this wasn’t the owner’s fault, but something to keep in mind when visiting Puerto Rico.

Amazing VIEWS

If your looking for a safe clean space on Carolina beach with amazing views this is your spot. Everything was just as the listing shows. Home is spacious with AMAZING VIEWS. Location is close to airport and in walking distance of so many things. The host was easy to communicate with which is important when traveling. Will definitely stay here again on my next Puerto Rico vacation

Would love to come and stay here again!

This was a vacation for 3 couples. We loved Puerto Rico! The property was in a perfect location and the view was priceless! Check in/out went flawlessly, the condo was wonderful, location was the best! Yolanda was so helpful and a sweetheart. Walking distance to so many restaurants, and uber was very easy to use for when we wanted to explore a different area. If we can come back, we will definitely stay in this condo!!

Beautiful Area!

The proximity to the beach was just perfect. The property has beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for guests to use making it that much easier to enjoy the sand.

Incredible property in Isla Verde

This is a breathtaking property right on the water in Isla Verde. The place is clean, modern and fully equipped. The views are incredible in every direction, and the beach and pool are top notch. The checking and and checking out process was a breeze, and the property manager is super responsive. Would recommend and hope to stay here again.

Simply Beautiful!

We don’t want to leave. In short, beautiful views (from condo and rooftop, where no one goes. Almost your own private pool). The beach a hop and skip from the gate and the sand-water was amazing. Few maintenance items (ie, shower in master has water that runs out of the immediate area and soaks the rug if not careful, jacuzzi options in bath did not work - bummer). Would still highly recommend
