Escambron Beach is a nice little beach 2 blocks from the building. Never super busy unless a holiday. Great for snorkeling, swimming as well as for kids as it is protected from large waves. However, surfers swim out for some great waves here at what is called La Ocho (there is a surf shop about a block away for board rentals).

Guest access
The building features 24-hour security, indoor parking (1 parking space included in the booking), 3 elevators, a business center, and a gym (temporarily closed).

Uber's are very accessible to and from the airport and to and from pretty much everywhere around San Juan.

- We can not accommodate more than 4 guests in the unit. Security will check identification upon arrival of all guests and if a person is not approved within the booking, they will be unable to be let up to the unit.
- It is common in Puerto Rico that groups of vehicles travel together and play loud music around the Island. While its not likely to disrupt your stay, there is a small chance it happens from time to time (especially during elections, protests or large events)
- There is common street noise from traffic passing by (sometimes groups of motorcycles that ride around town). We are located on the 8th floor, so it is limited, but some light sleepers have mentioned it.
- We have blackout curtains/shades in both bedrooms. While this blocks out 95-99% of the light, there may some a small amount of light that comes through on the sides. But it is very limited.
- We have 2 A/C units located in the unit. One for the master bedroom and one for the living room area and second bedroom. The building (including the A/C units) are less than 10 years old and serviced regularly. Some light sleeper guests have stated it can be loud for them. However, most of the time, the A/C is not needed in the evening so we recommend keeping it off and/or running the A/C prior to going to bed to cool the room.
- We have a very high occupancy rate, so we are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins so plan your arrival accordingly. If you need recommendations on where to spend time prior to check-in, please let us know and we are happy to help!
- We have temperature locks on the thermostats. You are able to control the temperature between 70-85 degrees. We have found that is more than enough for guests to be comfortable.
- Hurricane/storm locks are on all windows and remained locked for guest safety.

- 1x body soap in each bathroom

Each bed has 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet and a duvet cover. We leave 2 extra blankets. One for the bottom twin bed and a spare for guests to use.
