Nestled in the beautiful River Rock Subdivision, this unit is only 13 miles from Bozeman and only 5 miles from the airport. This 2 bed 1 bath is clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally functional. We put an emphasis on CLEAN and disinfect thoroughly after every guest. From the bedding to the decorations, this unit is bound to please. The kitchen is loaded with everything you may need for cooking. This is a great remote work location with high speed wifi internet.


*Please note, this VRBO is not conducive for large groups, late nights, and noise. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am. We hope that in being very upfront with that, we can avoid any unmet expectations or misunderstandings.

*Bookings over 7 nights will have an additional $60 cleaning fee added to the booking.

** There is a security camera at the exterior entrance of this condo. Any blocking or tampering with our exterior security cameras will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking without refund and eviction from the property.

We were in Bozeman to see our granddaughter and her family. It was a peaceful place to land at the end of the day. Travis (owner) was very responsive to our questions. Will be staying here on our next visit.

Clean and easy to find

Looking for a place close to the airport or in Belgrade, this may be a good choice. It is easy to find and clean, the outside of the fourplex could use some paint/updating. The inside is nice but could, also, use a bit of maintanance. If you're a washcloth user bring your own, they don'e supply any. They also only had one handtowel in the bathroom. The two bedrooms were roomy along with the sitting area, dining table area and kitchen.

NO A/C Sweating all night

I know it is usually not 100 degrees in Montana , however it does occur randomly in the summer. If you are not going to put in an AC unit then it desperately needs better fans and more of them. Also you can buy a portable AC unit for not much $ to make your guests 100% more comfortable. No excuses for not have this available. We had to leave a day early because we could not take another sweating, dripping night in this VRBO. I requested a days refund but was refused. Also, I have never been in a VRBO property that charges for washer and dryer. Would definitely NOT recommend this place at all!!

Clean and comfortable

The check-in and checkout process was very easy. The owner was very responsive through the Vrbo messaging. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the furniture was comfortable. The only negative would be that this unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but the units were locked up and the owner required an additional seven dollars to get the code to unlock the units. This should be stated upfront in the house rules posted online. We would’ve liked to have washed and refreshed our towels halfway through the trip since we had one per person and only two hand towels available. This unit is actually larger than it appears in the photos online and it was a very easy stay for us.

Great Stay!

Great, immaculate condo. We were visiting our daughter at MSU and we cooked Easter dinner at the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay for adults!!!

This property was conveniently located to everything we needed. Grocery store, coffee shop. The neighborhood was charming. We had a dedicated parking spot which is always a plus for us 😊 Yellowstone was an easy drive from here. We got to spend the day in the park while still making it back with plenty of time to relax in the evening. Very clean. Would totally book again.

Lovely unit and quiet location

The unit has everything you need, a few emergency coffee supplies, seasonings, soaps/shampoo. The Roku guest is nice to have. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, not within walking distance to anything but a coffee stand. I was aware and ok with this. You do hear the neighbors, but as you would in any multi-unit.

Amazing Home

My Mom and I went to Bozeman Montana for the 1st time over Mother's Day. We stayed in a very nice home. The beds were very comfortable, the property was as advertised, and very clean. I appreciated the outstanding communication and customer service I received from Travis the owner of the property. My Mom and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this VRBO home.
