Why stay anywhere else!

This home is a perfect home away from home with all the amenities like home. 3 bedrooms 2 with queen size beds and 1 room with two single beds. Clean, newly renovated and so close to Niagara Falls (15 min drive). This is a duplex 2 separate units with only a shared driveway.

The home does back onto the highway above with some highway noise for those sensitive to noise.

There is a small patio out back with seating for 6 with a large umbrella to give you shade in the summer heat.

BBQ is available for use. BBQ will be left full upon your arrival, however if you run out you will be responsible to fill for the rest of your stay.

Super clean and great location

We needed a location that could house three adults and two dogs and this place was perfect!! It was very clean and had tasteful decor along with a well appointed kitchen (very important to our group)! It was also centrally located to the wineries in the Bench area of Lincoln and those in the Niagara area. We stayed three evenings here. I would highly recommend this location!

A fine place to stay

A beautiful house, recently renovated. Very tasteful modern interior. Well equipped and supplied. Our little dog loved the back yard.

Beautiful Home in a great location

This is the second time my family stayed at this lovely home. Sophia is a lovely host. The house has everything you need. The location is convenient with many shops nearby, beaches, the falls, and hiking trails. We love staying here and look forward to staying again soon.

Great place with plenty of amenities!

I was very happy with the whole process. The communication from the very beginning to the check in process and the check out process was very smooth. The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. There is everything you need in the house that you could want. I highly recommend this property! I would definitely book it again in the future.

Beyond amazing.

This home really made me feel like I was in fact HOME! My family had so much fun being here and it was a beautiful area. Everything we needed was close by and convenient. The falls, wineries, grocery stores, and shopping. From a girls weekend, to family getaway THIS is the place to stay!

Everything you need

Space was lovely! Had everything you could need and then some. Great job at ensuring guests enjoyed their stay by supplying little things and big things. Backyard deck. Coffee. Laundry. Superb towels! Highly recommend.

Reliably perfect

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was the same both times -- perfect. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the listings but the photos can't show you how well appointed it is. Sophia has thought of everything you might need, whether a necessity or comfort. She's also very responsive and helpful. The location is really convenient to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lakes (and super close to the Outlets). It's a quiet, relaxing place to be between sightseeing and other vacation adventures. We'll happily stay here any time we're in the area!

Everything promised and more

The house was as beautiful in person as in the listing. It also seemed like Sophia cleaned out a bed and bath store in that I've never seen so many extra sheets, towels, throw blankets, pillows, etc. It was so nice to know there were extras of everything if we needed. She communicated with us quickly when we had questions and the fenced in backyard made it super relaxing with the dog who doesn't like being on a leash.

Great Getaway Near Family Adventures!

This house provided us not only with a place to stay but also a place to connect as a family. The house is so welcoming and everything is placed with the patrons in mind. We loved playing Jenga provided by the host. We brought our own Uno cards, yet left them there for others to enjoy. My children are 19 and 13 and really liked having their own rooms. We also loved how close this house was to the Falls, outlets, gardens, beach, stores, restaurants, and more! Our dog loved the place and felt right at home. It is a great area to walk your dog as well. The host was wonderful and gave us a great place to stay for four nights and five days. Thank you so much!

Wonderful

This property is PERFECT for a family or group of friends. It is spacious, clean, beautifully appointed and well stocked with wine glasses, dishes, cooking supplies and towels! The bedrooms are good sized and the living space is big enough for people to play games, watch TV, or just chill without feeling crowded. The host is very accommodating and will provide whatever you may need for your children or guests. There is ample parking for three cars. The neighborhood is quiet and although it is near the expressway, you cannot hear it at all inside. We came with our grandchildren and felt comfortable and safe. You can walk to the grocery store! It is nearby all the great wineries in the Bench and is easily accessible to the QEW. Loved it here.

Visiting the wine country

Spotless home, easy keyless entry, 3 great bedrooms (one ground floor with powder room and 2 upstairs with large bathroom). Kitchen has everything you need and Sophia supplies coffee kcups, and many basic necessities. A great quality patio set made it nice to eat outside, using the bbq. The fully fenced in backyard is small and intimate, no view, with fruit trees (beware, attracts wasps). Close to QEW makes it a little noisy, but location is tops to easily reach our favorite wineries of Jordan, Beamsville or NOTL. Large grocery stores ( Zerh's /2 min, Sobeys/5 min) and LCBO, on next corner street. Thank you Sophia, you thought of everything, even the dog bowls for our 12 pound daschund Enzo.

The house was clean and well set up for 6 guests. Lots of cutlery and plates. The host was very attentive and responsive. Overall a very good stay.....one tiny comment, that I found the matrass in the downstairs bedroom a bit soft in the middle. Best regards, Kevin Couch

Weekend Away

Sophia was an amazing host and was extremely good at communicating and answering any questions I had. She certainly tried to make the stay as seamless as possible. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and soap, shampoo etc. The back yard had a nice table and BBQ which was great on a summers evening. Part of the property is not accessible and looks like it is undergoing renovations, this did not impact our stay at all. The property is very close to main roads, however the house was extremely quite inside, so do not let this deter you. The queen beds were a little firm for our liking but you cant please everyone all of the time. We were walking distance to supermarket / liquor store and some fast food places. Breakfast at Eggsmart across the road was fantastic! The house was a $28 Uber ride to the wineries so a day trip to Niagara is very reasonable if you want to do some wine tours.
