Welcome to Summer House — your perfect Robe getaway! This freshly updated, two-storey holiday home is tucked away from the street for privacy, yet ideally located just 300m from Robe’s vibrant coffee shops, pubs, and boutique shopping strip. Only 1.6 km from Lake Butler Marina and 2.4 km from the stunning Long Beach, this is the ideal base to relax, unwind, and explore everything Robe has to offer.

Now under new ownership, Summer House has had a few exciting upgrades, including the installation of Starlink Wi-Fi and queen beds for added comfort (with king singles to be added soon), and as an added bonus, a bottle of sparkling upon arrival. The best part? You can bring your pet along as the property is pet friendly inside! Pets are not permitted on beds or couches and the owners ask that you please respect these rules.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms, two with Queen beds and one with a double (, two bathrooms (including a bath), and a bright open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The north-facing balcony off the kitchen is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon book.

A $500 refundable bond is required for your stay.

Linen is supplied, but only what is required. Bed-making is available upon request at time of booking ($15.00 PER BED). If no bed preferences are noted, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer House is a great spot to stay, if you’re wanting to enjoy the quiet from the hustle of town, but be only a short walk away. A great floor plan with a decent size outdoor area. It was generously stocked and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need for everyday or for the occasional dinner with friends. The only downfall was that all beds were only double, which for a tall family, is a bit squished!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The toilet downstairs was dirty and had feaces when we checked in. We had to clean it and sanitise it. The bedroom down stairs opposite the toilet had a dead baby snake that I took a picture of before throwing out. Other than that the rest of the house was ok.

Very enjoyable

The property was well appointed and easily located. The rooms were clean, light and airy, would love to visit in warmer months to use the bbq and veranda.

Comfortable and quiet home

Stay at robe

Clean property, would benefit from Wifi access as phone connectivity was poor. Dining furniture was uncomfortable and one bar stool was very rickety. Otherwise, a good property but would also benefit from a little updating e.g. bathrooms.
