Good location near Cricket Creek Marina. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Found a couple of good restaurants nearby. Close enough to Branson or Harrison for a trip into a city.

We thought it was very cute and cozy! The pictures of the place were taken from the back so it kinda of throws you off when your looking for it from the road! But the place was very cute and cozy! We will definitely keep this place in mind for a future visit!

Relaxing

My best friend/sister in law and I needed to get away from life for a bit to unwind and relax. This place was perfect! There was plenty of room for us to move about, sleep, dance, cook and watch movies. The beds were comfortable, the views from the deck were beautiful, and the clean up requests for check out were very reasonable! Also... Plenty of hot water! We had a very positive experience here, and it was very relaxing. If I could point out a couple of things to be in mind of, it would be that there are bees, so if you are allergic you should be aware. Also the fridge does freeze the food a bit. 100% would stay here again. I can't wait to make another reservation next year!! Oh and if you are worried about hearing your neighbors through the walls, don't be. You won't hear a sound.

Our room was great. The only negative to note is that I was forced to pay an insurance premium that was added to the cost of the room. I did no damage to the property and the premium is non-refundable.....I feel this is a rip off !!!!!!!!!

Another GREAT stay!!

This was our second stay in this unit. Itā€™s perfect for us while we spend time with our family camping at Cricket Creek. The unit is always super clean, very well stocked and feels very welcoming. Thanks for another great year! See ya next year!

Great property close to Branson, the lakes and Harrison Arkansas. Very clean and comfortable. Has a very nice deck to enjoy the evening outside. Great place to relax.

Quiet and clean

No laundry facilities is about the only shortcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet. Would stay there again if in the area. A little far from Branson but we are used to traveling that far to town.

Not the right place for us

The listing was accurate, I just didnā€™t pay close enough attention to the list of amenities (particularly what was not listed). There was no washer and/or dryer nor was there a dishwasher. We booked 12 nights and for that period of time you need at least a washer and dryer in addition for room to put food items you plan to consume but there was no such space. The refrigerator was the old type (and small) that frosts up and the items we put in the refrigerator initially all froze and had to be thrown away. The place had two small bedrooms and a very small bath but nothing was not as advertised, so as I stated - I just did not pay sufficient attention to make sure we rented what we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive with the one issue we raised.

Our family likes to vacation down in the Ozarks & this place is so cute, affordable, & nicely updated. It's also awesome for it's location. We have family down the road from where this cute little motel is. I believe we have found our gem.
