**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. More info is emailed between booking and arrival.
Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

House was over all good! There was a half roll of toilet paper and one of the showers were clogged and it wouldn’t drain plus sand from previous renters was in the shower!

Location was perfect, restaurants within walking distance and a short drive for more options. Grocery store withing walking distance. Beach is a short walk as well. House was well stocked and the management was quick to address our one minor issue. Only complaint would be the living room carpet. It truly needs replaced as it is well beyond cleaning. We did not mention as obviously it is unrealstic to ask for carpet to be replaced during a stay. The kids loved the pool!

Best stay ever!!

A very nice house with a very nice pool and about a five minute walk to the beach. There were a few chips in the floor, nothing crazy. I would most definitely stay there again!!!

Small and dirty

The location is great. That’s about all, the pool was filthy and took a couple hours to clean, the bunk bed was covered in crumbs and swayed (has bolts that are not tightened), there was a dirty rag in the fridge. The house sleeps 9 max and has enough dishes to feed 6 so bring your own unless you plan to eat in shifts.

We loved the pool, we wished it was warmer in the pool. The house was great, the kitchen needs updated utensils and pots, and more plates other than glass ones. Overall, a great house. We love our location.overall great experience.

Location of the house was great. Walking distance to the beach and local spots. Not impressed with the appearance of the carpet, bathrooms seemed to have been recently painted and thrown back together, one bathroom had a panel missing out of the cabinet towel racks were falling out of the wall. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean! NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY! Corporate was not super friendly when I called about a question but the local check-in lady is GREAT!

Wonderful

I brought my 3 sons and a friend with me to this cute home in North Mrytle Beach and we really enjoyed our stay! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for all was for a couple reasons. I didn't like their check in/out process because you can't just get a code and go to the home, you go to an offsite location to pick up keys. It wasn't a huge deal but inconvenient. We loved the proximity to the beach and all the things nearby to do. Would recommend to family looking for a less "party/ spring break" crowd.

Great Place to Getaway

Second time we have rented this beach house. Well kept and plenty of room. An easy walk to the beach and close to a grocery store. Private pool is clean and well maintained. Plenty of covered parking. Beds are good and we slept well. Itrip communication was very good as well.

Okay

Check in was simple. The management office wasnt too far from the house but its still frustrating after a long drive (9 hours) to then have to drive 30 minutes round trip. We were able to check in early. However, I would have waited for them to clean the pool and house a little more. There were plenty of towels for the house but thats where the good ends. The cleaning crew was not the best since the house was still dirty along with the pool. The second bedroom had actual bugs. The kitchen had what was "needed" but the knives were dull making it hard to prepare dinners and the options for cooking pots was lacking. The dishwasher hit the stove every time you opened it and the door to hide the washer and dryer wasnt even connected. I think the appliances were a bargin buy. The one good thing with the frig was it really did good with making ice! Never had an ice shortage. Also, there was not the coupons for anything as suggested in the advertisement of the house. For the overall, I was left wishing it was a little nicer or a little cheaper.

Pleased with entire stay!!

We thought the beach house offered everything we wanted for our stay. From including all amenities inside house to great location to beach, grocery and restaurants/bars. Several within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading to North Myrtle Beach!!

good house, good location, but cleaning staff is terrible, I suggest they change the cleaning team and hire a company, the house needs to be fumigated, there are big cockroaches.

Great spot

This spot was perfect for a couple of families during our basketball tournament trip. It had lots of space and was just a few minutes’ walk from the beach!

"Home is where the heart is, We believe that everyone should absolutely love their stay, and that's the standard we've set for our property. Unfortunately, sometimes things aren't a great fit. we've noticed you've experienced a consistent pattern of dissatisfaction with your stay. we'd like to make it right. Effective immediately, you have the option to end your stay with a refund of unused nights. This offer will remain in effect for 3 hours. This also serves as your official notice that your stay will not be extended, nor will any other compensation be offered or paid if you choose to stay. We'll wait to hear from you" . This is the text you get if you complain too much. We arrived at 6 p.m., house wasn't ready, ok I get it. We will go get something to eat and come back. Came back to dirty bath towels stuffed in closets filthy microwave, doors falling off in the kitchen, sticky kitchen floor, someone's dirty clothes in the closet, floors never vacuumed either. The pool (main reason we rented it) uninhabitable. Couldn't even see the steps to get in it. The air conditioning was hit or miss all week, we just thought it was because it was so hot and it seemed to recover at night, by Friday after all the complaining the pool was finally clear and the repair man got the air fixed. Most of us left early because the home was so uncomfortable. I mean really where were we going to go the Monday before the fourth to get another place to stay, For over $4000 for the week, WORST!!

Needs some TLC

Overall, the layout and space of this property was great. However, it really needs some TLC. The carpet was filthy and either needs a professional cleaning or replaced altogether. Even the tile floor was cracked in several places. Also several simple fixes - like the broken towel rack and toilet paper holder in the bathroom. When we first arrived it was not clean - potato chips on the floor, hair gel or aloe on the bathroom floor, a child’s outfit and opened lollipop in one of the closets … but a quick text to the iTrip maintenance and a new crew was sent over and did a great job of cleaning it up.

Great location
