This apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, spacious and modern with new appliances. Check in was easy and communication with the host prompt. The shared amenities such as the pool and the gym were more than adequate. Wasn’t particularly keen on the afternoon pool entertainment but it’s a family destination so to be expected. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! We were here in Orlando for a Volleyball tournament at the Orange County convention center. It was close and accessible to all the things. The pool and fire pit were perfect t for a relaxing time after being in a gym all day. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Liked the location. Condo was nice and clean but needed some work. All the light switches were in bad condition, the fan in the master suite didn't work with the lights off. And there was a broken blind in the spare bedroom.

There were plenty of beds, and all of them good quality. Everything was clean. This was a nice stay, but lacks the attention to detail needed for a five star review.This is obviously a property owned by a corporation, not a private vacation home that gets listed. I doubt the owners have been there for many years. Some property manager comes by and does the minimum to turn it over each week. For example, not enough toilet paper, not enough paper towels, the dishwasher has come unmounted from the cabinets, an end table is falling apart, lack of blinds in the family room, etc. We enjoyed our stay, but I’ve stayed in much nicer places on BRBO.

I am the owner and I lived in this property for 2.5 years before turning into an vacation rental, we do not provide unlimited toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen, we do provide a few rolls per stay for toilet and one full roll of paper towel, the living room does not have blinds but do have curtains, as blinds people destroy them so easily leaving the sliding glass open and with blinds extended, which the wind does damage a lot of them, we replaced probably 30 of them ( at our expenses ) before switching to a curtain and stop bleeding cash to this kind of things, I also live in the same community just moved into a bigger unit, so every time someone leaves the apartment me or my wife goes there to review everything. We didn’t leave you a review out of respect.

Excellent Modern Condo in fantastic gated resort!

The 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo was excellent. As advertised clean, modern, updated, and in fantastic Vista Cay gated resort community. The place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay in Orlando. Even the beds were comfortable and high quality. Close enough to all the attractions but far away enough to feel private resort with great amenities. We will definitely be staying here again and same condo when we come back to Orlando. Thank you to our gracious host. Well maintained condo!

High Standard Unit

Vista Cay is where I chose to stay for years coming from the UK so I’m used to all sorts as every place has its own personality. This particular property was very clean, pretty and comfortable. I loved how it was decorated, the wallpapers in bedrooms gave the rooms their own vibe and the bunk beds were perfect for a teenager too! The unit seems bigger in person. The mirror when you first come in makes it feel bigger also. Perfect location right by the supermarket Publix, Top golf, plenty of food options for delivery, International Drive and the highways that lead you to Downtown, Disney or anywhere you’d like to go.

Needs maintenance and oversight

Maintenance issues right off the bat. Front door would not close, thermostat unique and complicated, multiple tvs did not work, cracked outlet by dinner room table, rug a major trip hazard, lots and lots of speeding in parking lot. Movie night at the pool had multiple cusswords and other choice words. Jumanji is kinda vulgar. Had to leave
