House 07 - "Salt" Dunsborough

You'll walk into "Salt" and immediately feel relaxed. The house has just been renovated with new modern bathrooms and kitchen.

The large, open plan living area has multiple comfortable spaces including a modular lounge, large flat screen TV, 8 seater dining table and a reading space with a day bed.

There is an additional separate lounge room with a smart TV which can be used as a playroom or an adults retreat away from the main living area.

The house will comfortably accommodate two families with 3 generous bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and king sized bed. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and there is a fourth kids bedroom with a bunk bed plus single bed.

The small things such as the hot outdoor shower, ceiling fans, kids toys, standalone internet and a great fully fenced outdoor area make this a great family holiday rental!

Facilities: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 queen beds, 1 single bed, 2 bunk beds, sleeps 9.

Features: Free WiFi (bandwidth speeds limited and data usage monitored); Reverse cycle air conditioning; Port-a-cot & High Chair; Private gas bbq; Fully fenced paved outdoor area; Outdoor shower (hot/cold); Parking for one vehicle.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided; not beach towels. We also supply a STARTER PACK of essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid, 2 x toilet rolls per toilet to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

All facilities are presented in good faith but due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee the availability of any particular item or service during your stay though we will make every reasonable effort to ensure all is in order.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was larger than we expected, great space for families with small children, easy access to a lovely beach and super close to town! We didn’t want to leave! Managers were fantastic and so easy to communicate with!

Better than the photos!

We had a great time in house 07. The house was very clean and beautiful. I suggest that the owners put some photos of the beach and the area as well, because this part was a surprise to us. The kids absolutely loved walking to the beach and playing in the gorgeous shallow waters.
