Welcome to 509A Pearl, Pet-Friendly Condo Just Steps from Cape May Point Beaches!



Enjoy the best of Cape May Point at this first-floor condo, located directly across the street from beautiful swimming beaches. Perfect for families or groups, this four bedroom, two bath unit comfortably accommodates your stay while welcoming one furry friend (with a $150 pet fee). While pets are welcome here, please note that dogs are not allowed on the beaches during the summer season, so plenty of nearby nature trails and quiet neighborhood streets make for great walks with your pup.



The condo is part of a shared building with other units, and while it’s not recently updated, it offers a warm, lived in charm. The two decks provide great space for meals or relaxing after a day in the sun, though they have a well loved, cozy feel that adds to the homey atmosphere.



Inside, you’ll find a sunny eat in kitchen and a second kitchenette with extra fridge space and bar seating opening onto the back deck. The large living room is perfect for unwinding with evening movies or games.



Situated in the highly sought after Cape May Point area, you’re close to pristine beaches, the iconic lighthouse, nature trails, and local shops and dining everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.



Please note the yard is not fenced. A $150 Owner Expense Fee applies to all rentals. NOTE LINENS NOT PROVIDED

Classic beach house

Older beach home that is well maintained and location is right across the street from the beach access. Beds have good mattresses.

Perfect beach weekend

Tucked away in a corner of Cape May point is this lovely home, an easy drive from either Sunset beach or downtown. The short walk to the shore through a serene pathway under a canopy of trees is straight out of a fairytale and the stuff of awesome childhood summers. We grilled, we beached, played boardgames, and made priceless memories. Our dog enjoyed walks around this quiet neighborhood as well. Quick seamless communication with property management/owner all throughout. Highly recommend!

Simple but perfect

This was our second time staying in the home. The location is excellent, just across the street from the beach. The home was simple, efficient, and clean and suited us well. Management was very responsive when we had questions. Not sure whether the A/C could withstand mid-summer heat since we stayed in mid-May. Overall our experience was great and we have already booked out next trip to Cape May Point in this home!

All in all, this property was perfect for us. One or two “ hiccups “ - A) the WiFi password given to us via the realty company was incorrect- correct one was posted on BB by owner. B) check in was late in the day- I almost ALWAYS book via VRBO, but in this case, when my payment was processed, it popped up as being Homestead realty. BUT all in all- perfect location and Cape May Point is our “ happy place “. Definitely stay again!

Great Location!

Clean, neat and tidy beach house across the street from beach entrance. Walking distance to many birding hotspots! AC either not working or extremely difficult to operate. Instructions would be appreciated. Heat works well though. There was confusion about address—This address is on the AVENUE which is not noted anywhere & would be nice to note on the listing to avoid confusion to renters.

Great house

The house is great. The main bathroom/ sitting area was renovated and it’s beautiful. Can’t beat the location- a few steps to the shaded beach path. Had everything we could want for a week.

Very nice location

The house is right across the street from the beach, which we loved. However, the house needs some maintenance. Windows and glass doors did not function properly and the matresses in two of the bedrooms were uncomfortable. It would have been nice if the owners supplied beach chairs because there do not seem to be many places that rent beach chairs.

Perfect Spot

I was pleasantly surprised to find the place clean and spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed. They did not lie when they said just a few steps away to the beach. We enjoyed the place and would highly recommend it.

Amazing Location!

We were pleasantly surprised that this listing added multiple ductless Mitsubishi Units for cooling and updated the flooring from the photos. They also had neat brand new couches with USB ports to charge devices and they reclined nicely via different buttons on the side, as well as a nice new smart TV complete with access to any app you might want to access while relaxing. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few minutes and you’re on the beach. We went down 9/10-917 and saw dolphins right at the beach across the street as well as the city beach too. I recommend bringing binoculars to view the ocean life from the sand as well as for looking at the stars at night. (Could see a thousand times more stars with them!). The entire stay was perfect. I also recc brining a bike because the lighthouse is very close by. At night time this area is also perfect for running/walking. My only complaint is the somewhat yucky fridge you see upon entering (rust/dirt stains) but the rest was perfect for a family stay. There is a separate unit above this one but the bedrooms are not underneath their floor so that wouldn’t have been an issue and there is also an adorable cottage unit on the property we may stay in next time. Wonderful week here!!

Summary

Overall, the location of house was the best as it is so close to beach. The house is in need of lots of handyman work to fix small problems like sliding glass doors, shower curtains, new locks on door, cleanliness of outside shower, etc.
