Each side features 4.5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths--which means the home sleeps 22 people with a total of 9 bedrooms and 8 baths! Each side has 4.5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and an outside shower on each side. TVs are in the master suites and living rooms and the entire house is air-conditioned and zoned by floor.
The home is 15 years young and the layout promotes comfort and convenience. Everything you need is there except you and your family and friends!

The backyard is fenced in w/picnic tables and grill ready for croquet and a bar-b-que. There is an outside shower for your convenience when returning from the beach.

Enjoy the front porch to sit and smell the ocean breeze!

Lisa was very accommodating and allowed us early check in and late check out. The location was close to shopping and the beach. We did not realize linens were not included when we booked but were told 2 days before our stay to bring our own or rent, but then linens were at the house. We decided to just use our own because we weren’t sure if they were clean or left from someone else. Overall, a great stay.

We loved cape may but won’t stay here again.Overall, the house was dirty. The couches were grossly stained.There was brown water in one toilet on arrival and gross brown ring in other toilets (that came off with scrubbing, so the cleaning fee is a waste of money) There was no toilet paper holder in the master. Literally just a roll on the toilet. The grill was so dirty it was unusable. The countertops needed to be cleaned. The rugs needed a vacuuming. At random times, there would be no hot water in the shower l. I assume because you share the house with the one next door, your water is dependent on them.The amenity description was inaccurate. They said they had a high chair but no crib or pack n play on the description. Well in fact, there was a crib AND a pack n play but no high chair. So we took up a bunch of space in the car for the pack n play that we didn’t need and didn’t bring a high chair. The host tried to fix it by sending a high chair, but it didn’t come until day 3 of our five day trip. There is a beach box with chairs on the beach. However, the directions to the box is super vague and unhelpful. When we finally located it, the code they gave us was wrong so we couldn’t open it. Then, the second code also didn’t open it. The backyard is shared. Luckily our dog is friendly and the person renting next door had a friendly dog, but that could be a huge issue.Overall, this place coasts on its prime location but is equivalent to a 3 star hotel.

Forst time for everything

My families first time using vrbo went amazingly smooth. It was also our adopted 3 and 5 year olds first time at the beach and seeing/smelling the ocean. They had a blast as did the adults even between the wind and rain. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Thank you for neighborhood recommendations as well, Blue Moon Pizza was great!

Great location

I've been visiting Cape May for over 30 years and have stayed at bed and breakfasts to hotels. This was my first time using Vrbo and renting. This location is awesome..very close to Congress Hall. We visited in December during the holidays and the whole town was even more beautiful. This home is fairly new. We all wished there were blinds or drapery panels on the first floor living area/dining, etc as you're very open especially at night for people to look right in. Also, could have been a bit cleaner. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Idyllic Thanksgiving

Lisa was so accommodating and flexible with our stay. The house was located in a very convenient location, close to the shops and the beach! I wish there was an explicit notification in the text description that indicates that bedding was not provided. I only realized when reading other comments. Also would be great to have blinds/curtains in the main living space. Overall, great stay!

Great location & family friendly!

This house is perfect for a Cape May trip! It's within walking distance of the downtown area and has ample space for a big group. There were also plenty of kids toys at the property, which was great for the kids in our group.

Family vacation weekend

Super Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Lisa’s house - the perfect place to enjoy all that Cape May has to offer! Lots of space for relaxing, very clean, very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and comforters (bring your own sheets and towels). We enjoyed sitting on the front porch! Amazing location- easy walk to beach and shops. Access to the beach box (AT the beach, filled with chairs) was a true life saver. We loved every minute of our stay! Note about Cape May (and other shore towns): many restaurants are cash only. Beach tags (available at every beach entrance) are also cash only. There are ATMs around but you may prefer to bring $$ from your home bank.

Great place in a great location - just don't forget to bring your own sheets!

Highly recommend this place. Clean, nice location,, and responsive host. Lots of stuff in the house like games and kitchenware. We were there the weekend of the tropical storm. The house is roomy and we felt at home and had a good time hanging out watching movies and playing games. I didn't realize you need to bring your own sheets so just noting that here in case it helps anyone in the future. 5 starts, nice host, great deal.

Great location to beach and town. Provides bikes which we loved using. Outdoor shower unappealing since under air conditioning unit. Nice backyard but not enclosed and looks into several neighbors yards. Kitchen has everything you need and many supplies were provided which was helpful.

Great place in Cape May

We loved our week at Lisa’s place in Cape May. Quick walk to the beach and outdoor mall. Home was spacious and really well equipped (kitchen, kids toys, games, books). The beach chairs/umbrellas in the beach box were a total game changer. I would totally rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Great time in Cape May

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape May. The house was roomy but with a cozy feel, and we really appreciated the updated and modern kitchen and baths. The neighborhood was amazing!...truly walk to everything, among quaint and quiet surrounding streets. The house had awesome internet which easily accommodated work, gaming and many devices connected at all times. Plus there was Xfinity TV for the one rainy day we had. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Four generations have come to Cape May, where many met their future spouses, brought their children here and the experience and love for this town has continued as we have all done the same. This house can be rented alone or along with its sister next door! For large groups rent both sides! They are identical in layout and can share the large backyard for gatherings and functions.
