This place is a gem in Osaka. My group of 7 fit very comfortably. It was spotlessly clean and came stocked with everything we needed. There is a Family Mart around the corner, and two grocery stores across the street. The futons were fluffy with great comforters. I didn’t try the beds but I heard that they were fairly firm, like many beds in Japan. The ACs were strong and cooled the place down nicely (we couldn’t quite figure out the one in the kitchen but we were ok!). One thing I didn’t notice when booking, but it is clear now that I look at the floor plan again, is that on the second floor you have to walk through the tatami/futon room to access the western style room. This could create an awkward situation if people are sleeping in both rooms, so it’s good to be aware of! It’s located incredibly close to public transportation, with the closest stop about a one minute away. This is Hanazonocho Station on the subway Yotsubashi (blue) line (one tip: if you want to take the subway to the central Namba area, get off at station and change to the Midosuji [red] subway line. Yes, you can take the Yotsubashi [blue] line to Namba as well, but you will have to walk blocks and blocks from where the blue line drops you to get to central Namba). There is also a Nankai station a bit further away, maybe 9-10 minutes walking. Overall I was thrilled with this place!
