The house was recently completed build in September with final touches being done.
Further photos to follow mid October when I'm next at the property.
Five bedroom house, with open plan living with large designer kitchen, dining and living, with a spacious covered deck outside and covered single carport with dry room (incl heat pump) attached.
5 x Heat pumps and ventilation for fresh air.
1 x King bed
2 x Queen Bed
1 x Double Sofa
5 x Single beds
2 x Large 50" TV's and 1 x 55" TV with Netflix and Freeview
Tesla Type 2 Electric Car Destination charger

Brand new build 140sqm house, 60sqm deck, 20sqm covered area outside with amazing views of the mountain.
A few minute walk from the Ohakune carrot, you can see the top of the carrot from the property and the pathway is 3 houses away. 2 min drive to town centre, or 7 minute walk through Carrot Adventure Park
