Charlie Decker, Owner purchased this villa in 2016
Why Charlie Decker, Owner chose Los Lagos
Los Lagos 19 is my 2nd villa in Casa de Campo. I purchased my first in 2004 so I have 12 years of experince hosting guests in Casa de Campo. I couldn't resist purchasing Los Lagos 19 after noticing everyone who visited, on entering exclaimed "Wow!!" when they say the interior of the villa and the breathtaking panoramic view It is also a great location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes by golf cart to the Marina.
What makes this villa unique
"I play a lot of tennis, and golf and enjoy visiting nearby islands like Saona and Catalina for snorkeling and lunches on the beach or at sea. I travel around the country extensively in conjunction with my foundation. The Dominican Republic is a large and beautiful country, and the people in the campo and small towns are expecially friendly and welcoming. I have discovered and enjoy it's wonderful culture and history. And the starting point are the friendly always smiling Dominican people.’
