Accommodation and location perfect communication was great. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend to all. Beds were absolutely spot on comfortable, bath towels big and super soft. Loved our little surprise hamper on arrival.

Great location to local beach and shops for daily coffee shop walks with our dog. House was great 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the hot spa most evenings.

Perfect! Beautifully decorated & very comfortable! Will stay again:)

The house was fantastic, beautifully clean snd well cared for. Used the spa and outdoor area much more than we thought! Very relaxing, Gil & Mike were great hosts! Would highly recommend this home:) loved the linens and towels!!

Fantastic stay at Sea Breeze

We had the best stay at Sea Breeze. Our hosts were so friendly and could not have been more helpful - they even put out a Christmas tree for the kids to decorate on our arrival which was a lovely touch! The kids absolutely loved the swim spa and the house itself was beautiful. Thank you so much!

Great place

Overall we enjoyed our stay at semaphore seabreeze. It was quick and easy to stroll to the beach, and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday boasting comfy beds, bbq, massive spa and kitchen. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Mike and Gillian.

Spacious accommodation with perfect utilities as described in the specification. The swim/spa was well used and popular with everyone. Would be delighted to return again in the future.

Perfection for families and pets

Great location- close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Lovely spacious home with toys galore, cubby yourself, secure outdoor area and giant hot tub! My toddler and dog could have spent the whole holiday at home! The hosts are attentive but not intrusive. A perfect stay.

Great retreat.

We were not disappointed at all. Dog friendly, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Great outdoor area where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The swim spa was a bonus when you didn't go out and just wanted to relax. Comfortable beds, kitchen with everything, just perfect. Next time we come to Adelaide, we'll be back here.

Beautiful house with everything needed. Perfect location - easy access to shops, the beach, transport, and parks. Lots of toys and games for the children. Tranquil spaces for the adults. Couldn’t have better!

Awesome House !

Couldn’t be happier with this house , spotlessly clean , lovely comfy beds , nice linen . Swim spa is awesome . Everything you would possibly need and lovely extras on arrival ! One block from the beach and very short walk to shops and cafes/ restaurants . Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when in Adelaide. Thank you Gillian and Mike for having us !

Everything about this booking was 5-Star!

This was the easiest holiday booking, we applied, and were accepted very promptly. The communication prior, during and on checkout was wonderful and supportive. This home was safe, warm and comfy and made it very easy for our family to come together. Great location, easy to find and the welcome package was a lovely touch. Semephore Sea Breeze

Excellent location, Mike and Gillian were very helpfull, they provided an unexpected goodies basket which we all thoroughly enjoyed, especially the wine and the tim tams. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was of a high standard. The spa pool was well utilized after a day of exploring, overall A great property, great location, and excellent hosts, will definitely book again in the near future. Pete From Bendigo, Vic.

We absolutely loved Semaphore Sea Breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and is in a great location. We had everything we needed in the home and and more. Gillian & Mike are fabulous hosts, the process was effortless from beginning to end, when we were all reluctant to leave, but excited to return again in 2024. Our experience and our stay was excellent. Thanks Gill & Mike😊👌

Relaxing stay

Semaphore Sea Breeze is the perfect place to relax! If it’s too cold for the beach then jump in the plunge pool/spa! A generous breakfast was provided for the first day. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and linen was provided making it easy! Walking distance to shops, eateries and the beach. Thanks for the tip about the seals! Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and friendly. We will be back again!
