Great location great condo

We have been coming to Lagoon Townhomes for many years. Have stayed in several different condos. My favorite was already booked and took a chance with this one based off pics, reviews, and location. No regrets. Did communicate with the VRBOn listing manager on a few minor suggestions for improvements/minor issues with the condo, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Would rent here again!

We were mostly happy with the property. The appliances were fairly new, and the place was generally clean. However, we did notice a few minor issues — some hair in the guest bedroom and on a throw in the hall, a torn comforter, no extra toilet paper, and a broken ironing board. We emailed the property manager to document these concerns but never received a response.

Frisco townhouse

Quick visit to town to finalize wedding arrangements. Condo was convenient to everything and just right for us. Check in and out was very easy. Communication with property manager was also easy.We would definitely stay here again.

Colorado Getaway!

Property is easily accessible and close to Dillon Silverthorne and Breckenridge. We enjoyed our stay! Clean well maintained property. I had a couple of questions and management responded very promptly.

No towels

There were no towels in the main floor bathroom, and the tiles in the showers were cracked/broken. Also, the shower lining curtain has a big hole in it. Found clean towels in the dryer in our last day. So housekeeping is t great, but the location and property were fine.

Good location, mostly comfortable stay

This condo is in good condition and in a good location. The furniture was of good quality. The communication with management was good. The hot tub and pool are a nice addition, although the hot tub felt way too hot. What was missing are things that can be easily remedied- there were no Kleenex boxes at all, no towels in the kitchen and no towels in the downstairs bathroom, and no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen trash can is very cheap did not open with the foot pedal, and some light bulbs need to be replaced throughout the unit. The fireplace did not work properly. Overall a good place to stay, but it could be better.

Very decent stay

This is a very nice place with all rhe amenities expected. There were som hickups, no layndry soap, laundry left in the dryer, and some benefits salt and pepper & other spices, full kitchen with the necessary tools and consumables.

Convenient Location

We stayed in this townhome over MLK weekend and skied Copper Mountain. The location was perfect, there were some restaurants and shops close by, it was a short drive to Main Street, and easy to get onto the highway to go ski.It was a very snowy and windy weekend so having a garage to load and unload all of our ski gear was helpful. The garage was a good size and we had no problems parking our mid-size SUV. Townhome seemed recently updated, and had everything we needed. We would recommend this townhome and definitely would stay again.

This is absolutely perfect for an evolve location if you love to ski or snowboard. Easy access to the townhome. Amazing garage space, super deep and convenient for unloading in the garage instead of in the cold. (A little icy outside the garage and door so be careful). The place is completely renovated and brand new. The kitchen and living space was cozy. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and spices which was amazing! We had the fireplace going and it was toasty and warm. The couches seemed brand new and super soft and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also cozy, lots of space in the drawers and closets for all our stuff. Both rooms had bathrooms and great water pressure, and big towels! We were super close to all the stores and restaurants in the downtown Frisco area and we recommend the Greco’s Pizza place, wow!! We went to Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Vail, and Keystone ski mountains with ease. Absolutely hope to stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend!

Clean and Convenient!

The condo was super close to the resorts outside Denver, was clean, and check in was super easy. Would recommend! The garage was great to have and my friends, family and I enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice Condo

The property was very nice, we had a good time. I would come back. I would have liked to have more information about the condo amenities, such as the pool. I would also have preferred the total cost of the condo to be displayed in the overall cost when looking at the per night costs.
