Cool off in your private pool or walk across the road to Yaroomba Beach. The property sleeps 11 - 1 x King bed, 3 x Queen beds and 2 sofa beds suitable for children.

Barra is a reinvented 1970s beach shack, with a new addition and swimming pool that has been transformed into a beautiful beach house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Uniquely modern, its polished concrete floors and whitewashed floorboards compliment each other and create unison between new and old. Elevated with Hampton's styling, the home creates a peaceful retreat from busy lives in true beach house style.

Located at Point Arkwright, the home is across the park from the beautiful Yaroomba Beach which is a local favourite with surfers and families alike.

*Accommodation*
The new and old merge together at the heart of the home which is the kitchen/dining that overlooks the pool. Thanks to the north-facing orientation, the kitchen and living spaces are filled with sunlight.

In the front part of the house are the 2 living spaces, one upstairs and the other on the ground level. Places to gather to chat or just relax with a book are abundant, and you can kick back with afternoon drinks on the covered upper floor deck or below on the deck by the pool.
The new addition of the house includes the stunning galley kitchen/dining, the master bedroom and ensuite. Plus, another queen bedroom, an additional bathroom, sitting/TV room entry and laundry.

*Kitchen/dining room*
The wonderful, fully equipped galley style kitchen with large dining table for 12 is the focal point of the house. Includes a large gas stove oven, dishwasher, family fridge and a Breville coffee machine (ground beans). Sliding glass doors overlook the sparkling swimming pool.

*Living and Entertainment*
There are 3 living spaces and lovely outdoor entertaining areas providing plenty of room to gather with family and friends to discuss the days activities or seek away to a quiet nook with book. The lower, casual living room features a gas fireplace for those cool nights and overlooks the pool deck and sparkling pool beyond. Directly above is another lovely living room and covered deck, which is the perfect place for an afternoon drink or morning coffee. Featuring a kitchenette with a sink and bar fridge to keep the refreshments cold.
There is a third smaller TV lounge room with sofa bed overlooks the pool and is adjoining bedrooms 2 on the ground floor.

*Location*
Point Arkwright is a stunning headland and picnic area with fabulous views of Yaroomba Beach, which is a mere 100m away.
It is home to crystal clear rock pools and white beaches, and is a popular spot with local surfers and families. The foreshore trail starts at Point Arkwright and traverses the cliffs north to Coolum where, from the viewing platforms, you can see loggerhead turtles, osprey, black cockatoos, dolphins or whales.
