Emerald Villa is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment.

On the main level, you will be welcomed by the large family-style living room with TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8. Bedroom One: This room has a King bed with a flat-screen TV. Garage features a Game Room with air hockey & a ping pong table. Access to pool area through back door. Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Private pool and spa. Privacy Screening on both sides with no rear neighbors.

The second level includes a stand alone bathroom with stand up shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Bedroom Two: King Bed with ensuite and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds and a flat-screen TV. Jurassic Park Room. Bedroom Four: Bunk Beds with Twin and Full Bed and a flat-screen TV. Micky Room. Jack and Jill bathroom (that adjoins two bedrooms). Bedroom Five: Two Twin Beds with a closet and flat screen TV. Star Wars Room. Bedroom Six : King Bed with ensuite and a closet/ flat-screen TV. Loft area: Xbox Game system, Blue Ray player and TV area.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Storey Lake Resort is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river, kid's zone with a water slide and splash pad, and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

* The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*

STOREY LAKE RESORT NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

*No street parking is allowed within the Storey Lake Resort Community.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT (2) VEHICLES MAXIMUM (one vehicle if it is a larger car/truck) ARE ABLE TO PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY AT THIS HOME. Street, sidewalk, apron, or grass parking are not allowed and your vehicle may be towed if parked in these areas. Florida Spirit is not responsible for any violations of the parking ordinance. Additional parking is available within the community and is first-come, first-serve.

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES: Storey Lake has a 5-car limit per home. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed.

Great house, Great location

Large modern house on an estate which seems to be aimed at vacation rentals, 2nd homes. Easy drive to all the major attractions. Would recommend highly, we were grandparents with our son and daughter family and 5 grandchildren .Estate pool, lazy river, volleyball, football and small park just within walking distance. We used a few times and thought it was a great extra to the house at no extra cost.

Great family vacation house!!

We had a group of 6 of us and the house was clean, comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and perfect for our family. Beds were comfy, ping pong was fun, pool was warm, and we were close to everything. Highly recommend

Disney Family Trip

Our 12 family members stayed her for our family vacation. House included a pack n play and a high chair which was great for the 10 month old in our party. House was as described- I would recommend packing an extra towel and wash cloth- 1 per person was not sufficient for us. I recommend putting garbage out in the early AM as Raccoons were pulling garbage apart at night. Would stay again.

Property was very clean. Great location. The lack of toilet paper on the house was a disappointment as well as not having any pool towels on hand. When you are traveling by air there really is no extra room in luggage to have to bring your own pool towels so that was unfortunate. Getting thru the security gate to the house was a royal pain. It didn’t work half the time and we had to call the security office to let us in. Other then that it was great nd I would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a short but nice stay. Home was very spacious and accommodating for a large family or multiple families. Close to attractions, food and shopping. I would say the house was overall pretty clean. My only complaint would be not enough toilet paper and no shower soaps, shampoo etc. At least one small travel size per bathroom would be a nice touch. Lastly the gated entrance is tough, our barcode would never work, not even after calling and going to the guest clubhouse. We would have to wait for another guest to drive in and sneak through behind them. Not ideal for off hours.

Good house

The house was very nice and roomy! So perfect for big families. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We didn’t pay for heat but decided we should’ve later on. So I definitely recommend getting the heat for the hot tub. We did like the location. But I’m not a fan of the front gate (I think the 24 person fell asleep) so everyone was driving crazy thru the exit gate. We had no problem with the exit instructions. Except for the wash and dry the dishes and put them back. I don’t mind washing and drying but, there should be an area I can put the dishes my family used to be professional clean after we cleaned them just to be safe.I especially loved having the washer and dryer it was amazing!

The bedrooms are quiet, I could not hear people in other rooms which was nice when 10 people are inside. The pool was nice. The kids hung there all day.the lanai had privacy screens so you couldn't see the neighbors. Some other places did not. You could see right in. It did get pretty noisy outside when the houses were occupied. But yoi couldn't really hear that inside the house. Luckily, we didnt have neighbors most of the days we were there. It was a really nice home. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestions to make it even better would be to add places to hang towels. The bathrooms did not have but one small hook, maybe? There was no where to hang your hand towels.Also, towels were provided, however there weren't any bathmats for the floors. We ended up having to use one of the towels.which is ok? But I would prefer a bathmat.

Not a good place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Vrbo all the time. This was the least equipped home we have ever stayed in. There was no beach towels for the water park that you can not walk to, you have to drive. There is one roll of toilet paper per a bathroom, one ditergent for the dishwasher and not even a salt and pepper shaker. The kitchen doesn't have enough cookware to make a dinner for the amount of people in the home. The hot tub didn't work the first night and they still charged us. Be careful to report all broken items, we were charged $200 for a broken stool we didn't break. There was people at the water park with beach towels and they said they got theirs from their house. Purs had none. You will save money staying somewhere with more to offer because you have to buy everything to cook and detergent, etc. The house is a good size for a bug group, but over-all not worth it. Oh, and the Gaye code situation is a nightmare. We waited 30+ minutes to get in sometimes, people were trying to back into the exit. We had to ask to.get the pool cleaned and they blammed us for running the hot tub that we paid for that didnt work and they refused a refund. Thankfully pur group was happy go-lucky or it would have ruined our entire trip.

Beautiful home, wonderful location, spacious

The property manager was prompt in returning responses to questions. Very pleasant to communicate with. The rental was spotless, spacious, comfortable, clean and bright! I would recommend this rental to family and friends. The beds were comfortable. All the guests voiced how well they slept and how nice and quiet the neighborhood was. We all enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub. We spent time at the clubhouse enjoying the lazy river. The clubhouse has a lot to offer with beverage choices, food, and ice cream. The clubhouse was clean and well kept up. Our family will definitely come back in the near future and I will share our positive experience with family and friends!

Just what the Dr. Ordered!

Reviewer Comments: We rented for 4 days for our corporate team for a nearby conference, and the space was clean, open, well equipped (towels, linens, etc.), and instructions checking in and out were clear and simple. They had a visible sign in the kitchen with wifi, trash, and maintenance details, and the office was quick and courteous when we called to have the heater for hot tub activated (additional $20 per day--it was worth it)! The hot tub takes several hours to heat up, and is not super hot, but is enjoyably warm. Comfortable beds and pillows, fun themed rooms and nice garage space turned into ping pong and air hockey room. We will definitely come back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and is in a great location for someone who is visiting Disney. We enjoyed a day at the clubhouse which was great with the lazy river and water slides. The house itself was clean. It does only come with the bare minimum for toiletries; which is not uncommon, just be prepared to buy your own. We were originally given the wrong wifi information but customer service was great and quick to redemy it. Also, none of the provided remotes for the different fans and lighting fixtures worked. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit.

Great home

Great home perfect for families with lots of ages they had everything you need stocked in the kitchen and home was very clean and plenty of parking available. Only complaint is the check in process says to go straight to the home but you actually have to check in at another community nearby to get a gate pass and none of that is specified and no address is given on where to go. Also they did not give an address for the water park that we had access to but we were able to find it when we went to the store.
