The Madeira Bay Resort is one of the newest additions to beautiful and vibrant Madeira Beach. This brand new construction is located adjacent to John’s Pass Village, Pinellas County's #1 tourist destination. The Mediterranean architecture, a heated pool with a beautiful sundeck, hot tub and the tropical landscaping make this place a perfect paradise for your next vacation. The complex overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is just across the street from the sugar sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The on-site Mad Beach Fish House Restaurant offers waterfront dining. The Tiki Bar overlooks the marina. Boat slips available at the marina.

It doesn’t get much better than this brand new 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal waterway with the attached marina. The nicely appointed open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The décor in this condo is tasteful and comfortable. Free WiFi is available. Beach access is right across the street, no more than a 2 minute walk.

Apartment was great and had everything we needed. Location was also superb, across the road from the beach and a few minutes to John's Pass shops etc only gripe was the elevator was slow but not something the host could impact. Would definitely return.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

As advertised!! Beautiful and easy to find location. Stocked with all the beach needs... towels, chairs, toys, etc. Clean, great view of the harbor. One block from the beach and a 5 min walk to shopping and rest.

Excellent

Great location, close to beach, close to shops/restaurants. Beach chairs, small tent, cooler, toys/buckets/shovels all provided. We loved it and would stay again. Only qualm, which is on the resort and not this unit, is the gym didn’t open until 9am. Frustrating there wasn’t a key pad entry like everywhere else. Thanks!

Great location

Seemed like the amenities were 2nd rate, refrigerator made strange noises, washer worked sometimes, not others. Pans were warped, spatulas were very flimsy. The bottom panel on the dishwasher was broken off, just stuffed underneath. There were tiny ants crawling up the wall, we called management but never received a response. Other than that, the location is great, just a short walk to John’s Pass and the beach.

Mother, daughter long weekend getaway

My daughter and 2 grandchildren spent a long weekend in Madeira Beach. The place was cute. Nice views. Very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and John’s Pass. Businesses were still recovering from the hurricane, but we still had a great time, visited all of the open shops and ate at local restaurants. Would recommend.

Wonderful property. GREAT location to beach and Johns Pass. Beach crosswalk directly in front of condo! The condo was super cute and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony.

Great location

Overall, the property was great. The location was close to John's Pass which had restaurants and shopping. It was close to the beach and the boardwalk. The property included beach chairs, mats, and kids toys which was great and unexpected. Generally, the property was quiet. The pool area is small and once the weekend hit with crowds, it was too crowded to use. This was fine as the beach is a short walk away. The master bathroom shower wouldnt drain and made showering a pain but the property maintenance should know now and hopefully that will be fixed for future renters. Overall, great dtay close to the action but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Loved it

We loved the location - just a few minutes to the beach, the pool, restaurants, stores - great location. And the room was clean, spacious, decorated so cute and with a gorgeous view of the marina - we saw dolphins and a manatee one morning from our balcony! The whole trip was perfect!!!

Another Visit to Paradise Madeira Beach FL

Let me start with the condo accommodations, everything was excellent just as advertised. Two bedrooms two bathrooms very well appointed. Loved the armoire wardrobe plus a bureau dresser in the Primary bedroom as well as a tall bureau dresser right outside the Primary bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. I could go on and on about the spacious condo and the “Cherry on Top” the Balcony that overlooks the marina where we saw dolphins in the morning while having coffee. One more thing, we have stayed in the Madeira Bay Resort a few times with units that had the Gulf view and loved it but what exceeded the Gulf view was the Peace and Quiet on the Marina side. No motorcycles and race cars roaring up and down Gulf Blvd or sirens from police or ambulances. Now onto the convenience of this location to everything basically within walking distance, beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. If you are looking for a great place to relax and just enjoy life Madeira Bay FL is the place to visit. We really should have stayed longer and we will next visit in November!

Great Unit, if only for a decent shower

Great condo, amenities and location. Very clean and plenty of towels and linens. However, the water pressure in the showers was abysmal and the bathrooms in general could use updating.

Comfortable home with beautiful view & quick walk to the beach.

Beds were very comfortable, balcony was my favorite place to be while in the room! The beach was close & great for swimming & collecting shells.

Great family place to stay

Great location! Very close to everything in Tampa and the Gulf Beaches. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Great view out the back of Boca Ciega Bay, and marina. Would stay here again, great for families.

Late October trip

The condo was comfortable and included most necessities needed when flying in for a week. We liked that there were beach chairs but would have appreciated a few beach towels. A dish drainer would be nice for those who don’t use a dishwasher for minimal use. We enjoyed our stay.
