Relax with water views all day in "Grandma's Rest East" (Ocean House #206) on gorgeous Crescent Beach!! You are ensured the perfect family vacation in this oceanfront condo stocked with water toys, beach chairs, and indoor games and DVDs. Hang out with the whole family on the huge balcony or spend the day watching the kids splashing around in the surf or trying their hand on the putt-putt green. Cook up breakfast or dinner in the fully stocked kitchen,or grill out on the lawn. Enjoy movies on the multiple TVs. You will appreciate the comfortable living room seating and the amply-sized dining room table. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are outfitted with fresh linens for your rest and refreshment.



Grandma's Rest East is clean, bright, and finished with fun beach decor. The living room and each of the two bedrooms have access to the sunny balcony with beach view. Located on the unbeatable, wide stretch of white sandy Crescent Beach, the condo is within a 15-20 minute drive of all of St. Augustine Attractions, and also conveniently located within a few minutes' drive of less explored but fantastic attractions such as Matanzas Inlet and Fort, Marineland, and Washington Oaks Gardens.

PEACEFUL GETAWAY

Beautiful location. Enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the water. Had everything we needed. Lock was tricky and a couple things needed repair, but I'm sure they will be addressed. Great place to relax and close to town.

Sunrise beauty

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. Close to Marineland, shopping and downtown St. Augustine. The pool was wonderful and very clean as well as the the ground! The boardwalk was a short distance to the beach which made it easy to tote kids things and chairs to and from. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Classic condos, Beautiful Beach & pool

Condo is spacious, well furnished. Grounds are very nice. Building is older and we did encounter some maintenance issues in condo and the pool was closed for several days. We’d book it again just for the beach.

Great Family Getaway with a View!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It had plenty of space for our family of four and was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook throughout the week. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days in the sun. The highlight was definitely the large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The only downside was the couch, which wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. I would highly recommend replacing it. But overall, it was a great place to stay and we'd definitely come back!

WOW!

Grandma's Rest East is in a fantastic location with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful wide beaches to walk/run/drive on. The condo is simply wonderful. Clean, bright, quiet, bigger than a lot of rentals we've stayed in and has everything needed for a great stay. We totally enjoyed the condo and our time spent there.

Celebrate the 4th!

Crescent Beach is a wonderful old Florida beach that is most popular on the 4th of July. The condo is mostly rentals with a handful of helpful owners onsite. Parking can be scarce on popular holidays but manageable. This is a family friendly property with a central pool and lots of happy guests.

Wonderful experience

We could not have wished for a more peaceful, relaxing 3 weeks beside the ocean. Everything was perfect, accept the living room couches were very close to the ground and hard to get out of. That was our only complaint. All the beach chairs and umbrellas you will need.

Home away from home

We love staying at Crescent Beach and this is our second time staying at Ocean House. The condo has everything you could need, except a Keurig (so go to the Kookaburra coffee shop and buy some fresh grounds on your way in, you won't regret it). Pool/beach toys and beach chairs galore, very thankful I didn't have to go purchase more to leave behind. Thank you for the accomodations, we will be back!

Great Beachfront Property

We were looking for a place right on the beach to take our three kids and we were tight on a budget. This was perfect. Great view of the pool, private boardwalk to beach. The closets were stocked with beach chairs and beach toys. Plenty of towels. 10m drive to St. Augustine. The communication from the host was superb. We’d book this again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Fabulous

My husband and I stayed in this fabulous condo for 2 weeks in November. We loved everything about it and felt totally spoiled. We have stayed in crescent Beach many times and this is our absolute favorite condo. Clean, everything you could possibly need, lots of space, wonderful balcony just like in the pics, fantastic communication with the property manager, wonderful amenities on the property and anyone we met who lives/works there was super friendly. We loved this condo.

Loved it !!

This was our third trip to Florida to visit our son. We have stayed in other places, but we all agreed that this place was our favorite. The location was AWESOME !!!! The condo itself isn’t fancy, BUT, it was clean and nicely decorated. AND had pretty much everything you might need. Since there was a grill on-site, we grilled out several nights, which was especially nice. The weather was so beautiful and we spent a lot of time at the pool and at the beach. We are already looking forward to next year !!! Thank you !

Beautiful View, Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Has everything you need. Building is well keep and you’re very close to pool and ocean. Only complaint is that sofa and loveseat are very close to floor and you sink very low to the floor in the cushions! My husband and I are in good shape and couldn’t get out of them! We had to bring chairs in from the deck to sit in all week. We would love to rent your condo again. Please consider some new furniture!

Like staying at a resort!

My husband and I were so excited when we first walked in to this 2nd floor condo. The ocean view and the swimming pool were beautiful. You went from the pool to the boardwalk that was a short walk to the beach. The grounds were immaculate and we were so grateful for the elevator. The inside of the condo was very nice and decorated for the beach. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the living area was very comfortable and pretty. We loved sitting on the balcony which was in view from the living room, and two bedrooms. The hosts are very friendly and responded very quickly to any requests or problems we had. We look forward to going to Grandmas Rest East again in the near future.
