Walking Distance to shops, restaurants, the grocery store and you are just 1 block to beautiful Madeira Beach! This 2nd floor unit is close to the pool for convenience. The amenities in this community include: 2 heated swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, 2 steam rooms, fitness center, game room, BBQ Grilling areas, and fishing docks. Just steps to the Intracoastal waterway, where you can watch the boats go by and let your worries drift away. ROC Park is just across the street which has tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and a baseball field.

Great location! It was nice to be able to walk to the beaches, get groceries, and go grab some food!

Very nice complex. Location to the pool was fabulous! My family and I enjoyed all the extra amenities with the exercise room and billiard room. The location to ROC park worked out great and we were able to play basketball, tennis and pickle ball. Walks around the bay and the fishing piers were spectacular. The condo had everything we needed with lots of towels and beach towels, along with a well appointed kitchen. We look forward to returning to this unit!!

Condo falling apart

Everything in condo seems to be about to break. The coffee table we had to make sure nobody touched it for fear it would break in half, and we have a 6 and 8 yr old. The curtain rod by sliding glass door fell out of stripped holes several times. Bunk bed railing broken and could be a hazard for small children, very sharp edges, barely holding up blinds in kids room. Terrible location being on 2nd floor with no lanai to come into with your sandy things from beach. Shower curtain looks bleached and terrible. I observed a review from 1 year ago stating terrible shower curtain and could use a beach wagon in condo, to which the reply from Tech Travel was, “we will add those things”. Things I did like, keypad getting in front door instead of keys like our other families staying there had to use.

Great location, average apartment, terrible management company

I would HIGHLY recommend this location for families with small children (Madeira Beach/yacht club) - there is a playground, large grassy area, and splash pad across the street. You can walk along the bay and watch dolphins. You can walk to the beach, grocery store. We did not use a rental car for our stay. Unfortunately, the management company was terrible. There were major issues regarding our stay: we were not given a key fob so we did not have access the the gym or jacuzzi. Property is surrounded by pedestrian gates, we were not given a key. Even though there was a photo of a barbeque - there was none. It took 4 days to get the key fob and key to the gates. 5 days to get the barbeque. Everyone at the management company seemed nice, but they were not familiar with the property at all. I requested a small refund, which I intended to spend on items for the apartment and leave behind (a collapsible wagon for schlepping stuff to the beach) and the management company ignored my request. I asked again for a refund toward the end of the stay, and again they ignored this request. I made a complaint to VRBO. I reported other issues to the company: 2 different wifi passwords in the apartment, incorrect trash instructions, incorrect parking instructions, filthy stained rug that should be thrown away, thick grime on patio with no way to clean it. These were all minor issues. Since the location was great it made it easier to overlook.

Worst customer service ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we found out we didn’t have a gate code. We called and had to wait for a call back only to be argued with that it was sent. The code we were given over the phone did not work. We had to get a code from someone staying there. Next morning several calls were made about getting the correct gate code but we never received a call back. On Monday we finally spoke toSomeone who states the code we were given was correct and should work but that they would call the office to make sure and then call me back. Again no call back. We went to the office and spoke to the people there who said yes we are having gate issues so we are leaving it up. The condo itself was ok. It served its purpose for sleeping. On the day weWe’re to check out one of our guest got sick, I again called to see if we could have a late check out...... still waiting on that call back 3 days later

Great stay

The property/condo was clean, well kept, I read in another review that they felt there are some small changes that could be made, and that is true. Ie. A cooler, wagon of some kind, new shower curtain. But all in all very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable.

February escape

Very happy with Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Location was perfect and grounds were well kept and beautiful. Condo overall was great. The kitchen has newer cabinets and appliances and is well stocked. I feel it could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. A new shower curtain and some new, clean throw rugs would be a big improvement. Our month stay was very enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean. Had a problem finding WiFi access but was resolved with a phone call. No TVs in bedrooms like the pictures suggested and I only mention it because I have two teenagers that after the beach wanted to relax with a bit of tv in bed before dinner. The washing machine and dryer were very old but worked. Unfortunately it took forever to dry anything and the first load I did something stained our close with a pink hue. Overall location was great and we enjoyed our time in Madeira Beach.
