Perched atop the garage on a stunning lifestyle block in the small town of Te Horo, The Apartment boasts spectacular views over a beautiful horse farm from its balcony. Grab a drink and soak up the afternoon sun, as you listen to native birdsong and feel the cool breeze from the nearby coast blow all your worries away. You’re on holiday here.

A charming living space occupies a quiet corner of this open-plan apartment. Open up the windows and let the sun shine in as you get lost in a good book beneath the dramatic vaulted ceilings. For those mid-year getaways, there’s enough seating for everyone around the cosy wood-burning fireplace. Take a nap, laugh with your friends, or put your favourite show on and zone out.

The beds here at The Apartment are comfy and just waiting for you to lay your head each night. A queen bed and two king singles are cleverly separated by a small wall, giving the feeling of two bedrooms while still maintaining the modern open-plan design.

The kitchen is neat, tidy, and equipped with just what you’ll need to self-cater your holiday. There’s even a coffee pot to ensure you can enjoy that first cuppa and a Weber barbeque to finish off the day with some al fresco cooking on the verandah

Located less than an hour’s drive from Wellington, and only 10 minutes from Otaki, The Apartment provides a tranquil spot to holiday without being too far from activities and conveniences. In Otaki you’ll find eateries, a supermarket, outlet shopping, and the beautiful Otaki Beach, as well as an abundance of trails to walk at Otaki Forks. For a beach a little closer to home, Te Horo Beach is only six minutes drive from The Apartment.

Please note that the driveway at this property is being upgraded in 2020. However, in the meantime, it is a grass driveway and therefore suitable for dry weather only. In wet weather, it is recommended guests are parked on the kerb as the driveway becomes walking access only.

Please note that the spare room opens out to the lounge and does not have a door.
