Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Stonebridge, our clean and cozy 1-bedroom basement suite is fully furnished and ready to accommodate our guests. The suite has a separate entrance for your privacy. We have made available a dedicated parking spot on our driveway for guests and street parking is also available. Our place is within 5 min walk from the following:

Our stay at Justin Place

The location for this unit is perfect close to bus statation and lots of groceries and dining option close to the unit.Justin is always availabe on Vrbo chat.The only problem that we had was the noise from the upper unit specially in the morning around 7-8.But for the location and amenities it was a good stay for us.

Very nice place to stay. It was a little cold inside when i got there but I turned up the baseboard heaters and they got the temp up fairly well. The couch is a little uncomfortable butthe bed is great. Great location close to a variety of restaurants and shops. A little hard to find parking in this area sometimes but i always managed to

Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked this basement suite in advance, but on the day of my reservation, the host unexpectedly canceled. This was extremely inconvenient and stressful, especially with no time to make other arrangements. To make matters worse, the refund takes up to two weeks, which adds even more frustration. I would not recommend booking here unless you’re comfortable with the risk of last-minute cancellations

I was driving a 3/4 ton truck, parking is great for smaller vehicles but was difficult for an eight foot box truck.Very close to approximately 20 restaurant. Good secure neighborhood

This is a bustling family household. Don't expect to be able to sleep in or hear yourself think when the kids get out of school. The TV is a royal pain in the ass. Just have cable already - I want to be able to turn the TV on and watch it. Not go through an IQ test to see if I am smart enough to watch the news. The host was a keen eye. I arrived with my cousin (I don't know Saskatoon very well and she met me outside the city and I followed her to the rental). Within minutes of arriving, I got a message from the host saying that I registered as one person but that I showed up with a woman. This is true. I also said in my request for rental that I was in town to visit friends and family. I didn't know that registering as a single person meant I couldn't have my cousin come in and help attempt to figure out the blasted TV situation. I felt like a teenager with a watchful parent. My final criticism is simply that an iron and ironing board would have been appreciated.

1. The guest booked as 1 person. He says she only came to help him take his stuff in but she was there with him all through his stay. Yes Eddy, registering as 1 guest means no one else is allowed on the premises let alone staying with you. 2. I didnt advertise cable in my listing and I provided clear instructions to use the TV. If he even let me know, I would have gone to the suite to help. 3. I do apologise for the noise and for the unavailability of the pressing iron. I'll get one immediately.
